Manual stair climbing wheel chair
The present invention provides a manual stair climbing wheel chair. The wheel chair comprises a hand crank handle, seat reclining devices, a gear box and a driven sprocket wheel set. When the seat of the wheel chair is reclined by using the seat reclining devices, the front and rear wheels of the wheel chair are only driven by the gear box through the driven sprocket wheel set, and cannot be pushed or propelled by hands; the person propelling the wheel chair can drive the front and rear wheels only by rotating the hand crank handle, so that self-slippage of the wheel chair can be avoided when moving up and down on stairs.
Object transfer system for a flight of steps
An object transfer system (OTS) for a flight of steps for transporting an object on the flight of steps is disclosed. The OTS may include a rail positioned in place of a handrail on the flight of steps, a trolley assembly movably attached to the rail, and an object carrier attached to the trolley assembly. The rail has a rail length and the object carrier is configured to hold the object. Additionally, the trolley assembly is configured to transport the object held by the object carrier along the rail length.

Wheel with movable elements
A wheel includes a supporting frame, with a central portion having a center around which the wheel can turn, and a plurality of radial portions extending from the central portion angularly displaced with each other. A housing seat is delimited between two adjacent radial portions. A movable element is radially displaceable between a first working position located at a maximum distance with respect to the center, and a second working position located at a minimum distance with respect to the center of the central portion. The radial portions and the movable element have respective distal sections, with respect to the center, curved with a curvature radius corresponding to the curvature radius of the wheel and being flush with each other. A locking element is displaceable between one locking position, wherein it abuts on the movable element and prevents the radial displacement thereof, and one unlocking position, wherein it allows the radial displacement of the movable element toward the second working position. A returning element of the movable element between the supporting frame and the movable element is configured to bring the movable element back into the first working position. A band made of an elastically deformable material surrounds the distal sections of the plurality of radial portions and the movable element, at the circular perimeter of the wheel.
SAWMILL CARRIAGE, SAWMILL CARRIAGE KIT, AND METHOD OF USING SAME
A sawmill carriage includes a frame having a handle, translation structures connected to the frame towards lateral sides thereof, a sawmill head, and a pair of transportation wheels rotatably connected to the frame towards a longitudinal end thereof. The translation structures are mountable on rails of a log support structure that can support a log. The rails extend in a longitudinal direction and enable travel of the sawmill carriage in the longitudinal direction when the sawmill carriage is mounted thereon. The sawmill head has a saw blade, a portion of which is positionable to cut the log positioned on the log support structure when the sawmill carriage is mounted on the rails, and the sawmill carriage travels in the longitudinal direction. The handle is positioned to enable tilting and/or transportation of the sawmill carriage. A kit and method of using the sawmill carriage are also provided.
Device for Manually Lifting a Load with a Lever For a Cart, Suitcase and the Like
Device for manually lifting a load with a lever for a cart, suitcase and the like, making it easier to ascend and descend staircases and various obstacles, said device comprising two parts:a first part comprising: a frame (1) secured to wheels (2), the wheels (2) and the handles (3) being fixed to the frame (1),a second part comprising: a load support (4) secured to wheels (5), the wheels (5) and a load (12) being mounted in a fixed manner on the load support (4), the second part being able to slide with respect to the first part by the action of a telescopic lever arm (10) in order to ascend a step of a staircase in two phases, the telescopic lever arm (10) being fixed to the handles (3) by an articulation (9), a second articulation (8) connecting the telescopic lever arm (10) to a transmission (6) which is in turn connected by a third articulation (7) to the load support (4) of the second part.

MANUAL HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT PALLET MOVER
A pallet mover intended to lift and move pallets. The pallet mover including a first deck, a second deck and a locking mechanism. In one embodiment, the locking mechanism includes three crescent shaped brackets with elongated slots therein. The two outermost brackets pivot to lift the first deck to raised position, and position the handle upright and at the 45-degree angles (for pushing or pulling the unit). The center bracket includes an aperture to receive the spring-loaded locking pin which locks the deck and handle portion in either the up or down position. The present pallet mover is manually driven thus having increased maneuverability and lower manufacturing cost.
STEP-CLIMBING ATTACHMENT FOR A WHEELED CHAIR
A step-climbing attachment for a wheeled chair, the attachment comprising a first wheel having at least a hub and a rim spaced from the hub, the hub and rim defining an inner region, a second wheel having a different diameter than the first wheel, and the second wheel being rotatably mounted to an extending arm, the extending arm being movable relative to the first wheel between a first position and at least one second position by a controllable mechanism, wherein the controllable mechanism is housed at least partially within the inner region of the first wheel, wherein the second wheel is driven by rotation of the first wheel.
Trolley and track
A trolley assembly comprises a frame incorporating at least one tire encompassing a wheel bearing and a bumper comprising a first portion made of a comparably incompressible material and a second portion made of a comparably compressible material. The bumper is mounted on the frame such that the bumper moves upon impact with an object, compressing the compressible material. For example, the incompressible material may be a polyamide and the compressible material may be a neoprene extrusion.
