The release mechanism includes an operating part carried with the handle frame and is configured so that the operating part is operable to cause the wheel mount latch to disengage the wheel mount when the handle frame is in the first position, the operating part being operatively decoupled from the wheel mount latch when the handle frame is in the second position.
