A wheel reversing mechanism, a cart frame, and an apparatus are provided. The wheel reversing mechanism includes a frame, a wheel assembly and a linkage assembly provided within the frame. The linkage assembly includes a locking mechanism and an actuator cooperated with the wheel assembly. The wheel assembly includes a wheel joint and a wheel connected to the wheel joint. The wheel joint is rotatably connected to a lower end of the frame, the actuator is connected to the wheel joint. The locking mechanism is locked to the wheel joint. The linkage assembly is acted by an external force, such that the locking mechanism is unlocked from the wheel joint, and further, the actuator controls the wheel joint to rotate relative to the frame.
Transportation device
A device for transporting children. The transportation device includes a base and sidewalls extending therefrom, forming an interior volume. Wheels extend from a lower side of the base and a foldable seat is affixed to at least one sidewall. A pair of doors are hingedly attached to opposing sidewalls, which allow a child ingress and egress from the transportation device. The folding seat allows the transportation device to include an increased capacity to hold objects when not in use by the child.

A cloth canopy assembly is connected to the handle and a canopy bar. The canopy is connectable to the platform enclosure member to form an enclosed pet seating area. The divider is removably located in the pet seating area. The divider includes a divider platform supported at least on the platform enclosure member while still allowing the lower canopy bar to be clamped to the platform enclosure member.
