Mobile anchor cart
A mobile anchor cart assembly includes a cart including a frame defining a front side and a rear side, the front side disposed opposite from the rear side, the frame defining a front foot and a rear foot, the front foot and the rear foot configured to rest upon a ground surface when the cart is in an anchored position, the front foot and the rear foot configured to clear the ground surface when the cart is in a mobile position; at least one tie-off point attached to the frame; at least one handle extending outward from the rear side of the frame, the at least one handle configured to selectively position the cart about and between the anchored position and the mobile position; and an axle assembly mounted on the front side; and a load defining a load center of gravity.
MOBILE ANCHOR CART
A mobile anchor cart assembly includes a cart including a frame defining a front side and a rear side, the front side disposed opposite from the rear side, the frame defining a front foot and a rear foot, the front foot and the rear foot configured to rest upon a ground surface when the cart is in an anchored position, the front foot and the rear foot configured to clear the ground surface when the cart is in a mobile position; at least one tie-off point attached to the frame; at least one handle extending outward from the rear side of the frame, the at least one handle configured to selectively position the cart about and between the anchored position and the mobile position; and an axle assembly mounted on the front side; and a load defining a load center of gravity
Modular powered mover attachment
Apparatus for moving different movable loads. The apparatus includes channels that can be engaged by a fork lift, pallet jack, or other powered mover. The apparatus also includes a mounting plate disposed between the channels. The mounting plate includes a receiver channel. The apparatus includes a plurality of load support tools that can selectively engage the receiver channel. The load support tools include different respective end effectors. A load can be engaged with the end effector of a selected load support tool such that the apparatus can move the load.
Lift assist for installing and removing heavy bulky objects
A portable lift device for installing and removing heavy, bulky objects. The device comprises a portable cart having a low-profile base, wheels mounted on the base, and a push handle extending from the base. At least one spacer may rest on and extend above the base, whereby the low profile of the base is elevated. A receiver is mounted on the base. The receiver includes a plurality of support recesses. A workstick is pivotably engageable with a selected one of the support recesses, the workstick having a chain attachment member. A chain is provided to be attachable to the chain attachment member and also attachable to a unit to be lifted in response to movement of the workstick.
SLED CONFIGURED FOR SHIPPING VESSEL
A sled includes a deck having a top surface and a cradle section configured to hold a shipping vessel. The cradle section includes a length that extends from a back of the deck towards a front of the deck. First and second wedges extend at least the length of the cradle section and each include at least an outer facing surface and an upper facing surface. The outer facing surface of the first wedge defines a first side of the cradle section and the outer facing surface of the second wedge defines a second side of the cradle section. The upper facing surfaces of each of the first wedge and the second wedge is oriented at an angle relative to the top surface of the deck such that each upper facing surface of each wedge slopes downwardly from an outer edge to an opposing inner edge.
Roof top unit transport and lift device and system, and methods of use thereof
A device or system for transporting an object to be transported, such as a heavy roof mountable HVAC unit, via inexpensive mechanical lift features that may be easily assembled onto system components that include mobile features, such as wheels. The device and system may include three or more wheeled attachment features that are selectively attachable to the object to the transported. Each wheeled attachment feature may include a selectively variable height mechanism, such as a jack; a securing mechanism for securing each wheeled attachment feature to the object to be transported, the securing mechanism including, for example, a mounting plate and a securing tab for holding the wheeled attachment feature to the object; and a wheel coupled, for example, via an upright inner sleeve, to the variable height mechanism.
Hand powered dolly
The present invention relates to two wheeled hand powered trucks or dollies for storage and transportation. The dolly, in accordance with the present invention comprises a frame having a top end and a bottom end, a platform extending from the frame, a handle extending rewardly from the top end of the frame, an article retainer extending from the top end of the frame, and a pair of wheels rotatably attached to the bottom end of the frame. The article retainer aids in preventing the fall of the article during the storage and/or transportation of the article over the dolly of the present invention.
TANK LIFTER
A motorized apparatus is provided to lift, tilt and transport heavy tank-like objects such as water heaters. Structurally, the apparatus includes a hitching assembly which can be engaged with an elongated tank to hold it on the apparatus. A guide rail, which is mounted for rotation around a pivot point on a chassis of the apparatus, is also engaged with the hitching assembly. Screw-drives, which are engaged between the guide rail and the hitching assembly, are activated to move the hitching assembly in translation on the guide rail. Also, a screw-drive, which is engaged between the chassis and the guide rail, is activated to rotate the hitching assembly and tank together around the pivot point on the chassis. Further, drive wheels on the apparatus can be selectively activated to transport the entire apparatus.

RAIL CAR MOBILE SERVICING APPARATUS
A manually manipulated apparatus supports a piece of equipment beneath a rail car gate of a railroad hopper car during maintenance or removal of the gate. The apparatus has a frame and a support frame attached to the frame. The support frame is selectively raisable and lowerable between a lowered position adjacent to the frame to a raised position extending upwardly above the frame. The support frame has an equipment engagement member which has an upwardly facing surface which is adapted to engage a downwardly facing surface of the equipment when the support frame is in the raised position.
