Bag holder and transport cart
A bag holder is capable of holding a bag in an upright position with the use of expanding arms and a unique two stage hinge and clamp mechanism, which allows the expanding arm apparatus to enter and clamp a refuse bag quickly and efficiently. The operation utilizes a hook mechanism and a clamp, which allows the operator to use one hand to manipulate the expanding arm apparatus and the other hand to position the refuse bag. In addition, the bag holder functions as transport cart for refuse bags. Also, the unique cart structure, allows storing of two garden tools and multiple refuse bags. The bag holder is able to fold onto itself and be stored on a hook, by the unique handle. The bag expander and clamp mechanism is detachable which can be adapted to existing dolly's or hand truck.
Multi-purpose all-terrain cart
An all-purpose, all-terrain cart for transporting objects across rugged terrain and tranformable into a bench with a backrest. The all-purpose, all-terrain cart includes a housing assembly including a base housing having a bottom wall, side walls, a front wall, a back wall and an open top, and including cover members removably disposed upon the open top; a support assembly in communication with the base housing and including racks adjustably and removably mounted to the base housing; and a drive assembly including wheels for moving the base housing upon a ground.
WASTE RECEPTACLE
A waste cart includes a base housing; a center upright having a proximal end and a distal end, wherein the proximal end is secured to the base housing; a top housing secured to the distal end of the center upright, wherein the top housing has two or more disposal openings for two or more separate disposal portions including, a first waste portion which has a first metal detector and an indicator for providing a notification when a metal item passes through the opening; and a second waste portion which includes a second metal detector and an indicator for providing a notification when a metal item passes through the opening; an electronics module which operates each metal detector independently; and an alarm indicator operationally associated with the electronics module which is activated when the electronics module detects the passage of a metal item through an opening into a waste portion.

Refuse carts with retention corral
Refuse carts and refuse cart retention systems for use in retaining refuse carts inside a corral and transporting or emptying the carts when needed. The refuse cart retention system generally includes a retention corral and at least one large refuse cart and/or at least one small refuse cart. Various mechanisms for retaining refuse carts in the retention corral include retention structures to receive a segment of a refuse cart frame, and frame protrusions connected to the retention corral that can be placed in tight contact with a cutout in the sides of the refuse carts having a geometry substantially identical to that of the frame protrusions.
WASTE RECEPTACLE DOLLIES AND ANCHORS
Dollies and anchors for securing the movement of waste receptacles are provided. A dolly includes a dolly base configured to securely receive an enclosed base portion of a waste receptacle. The waste receptacle has at least one sidewall extending from the enclosed base portion to define an open top portion. The open top portion is defined by a rim and configured to receive waste material therethrough. The dolly base is coupled with at least two wheels and at least one elongated shaft. At least one elongated shaft extends in a direction substantially traverse to the dolly base.

Trash can assembly
A trash can assembly is provided. The trash can assembly provides a trash can facilitating the removal of trash through a bottom end, rather than an upper end of the trash can. The trash can assembly includes a tapering trash receptacle mountable onto a base and a securing mechanism enabling the trash receptacle to be twistably secured thereon via a plurality of notches disposed on the trash receptacle and a plurality of sockets disposed on the base. The base includes legs for immobilizing the trash receptacle when emptying and wheels for moving the trash can as desired. The base includes a watertight interior compartment sized to receive a box for storing trash bags. The trash can assembly further includes a trash bag having the same size and shape of the trash receptacle and including a length greater than the length of the trash receptacle.
Hand truck exchangeable tool attachment method
A hand truck includes a quick release/attach mechanism operating according to a method for quickly and easily exchanging various tools with the hand truck, the quick release/latch mechanism including biased locking pins movably located within tubular frame members integral to the hand truck and proximal holes in the tubular frame members for receiving a projection member of the tool and spaced a predetermined distance from a hangar portion of the tool and wherein the hangar portion may be hung on a crossbar of the tubular frame and then the projection members of the tool may be coupled with and retained by the locking pins of the tubular frame. The arrangement requires no hand tools such as wrenches or screwdrivers, and no external fasteners such as pins or bolts. The geometry of the cross bars on the hand truck allow tool attachments to be captured or releases simply by tilting the hand truck forward or backward. The tool attachments are then locked to the truck by locking rods and pins that operate inside the two main tubes of the hand truck.
