The shopping cart bagging station can be mounted in various locations on a shopping cart, making it easy and convenient for a customer to carry and load a number of shopping bags as they shop.

The wheeled tote is reconfigurable between an expanded configuration and a collapsed configuration for better storage and portability. Stays reinforce the left and right sidewalls of the bag. A bottom insert reinforces the base of the bag, and can be used as an actuator to quickly and easily expand the bag from the collapsed configuration to the expanded configuration. The rear wheels are securable in each of a first position, exteriorly mounted to the swing arms, and a second position, interiorly mounted to the swing arms, whereby the rear wheel track of the stroller apparatus is variable. No rear axle connecting between the rear wheels is required, so clearance of the stroller apparatus is maintained.

The shopping cart bagging station elements fit together with slot joints formed by connecting slots in the elements. The customer can separate the shopping cart bagging station elements and construct the shopping cart bagging station themselves.
