CHILD CARRIER
A child carrier is provided and includes a frame, a seat and a folding device installed between the frame and the seat. The frame includes a handle, a front leg pivotally connected to the handle and a rear leg pivoted to the handle. The folding device includes a sliding structure and a linking component. The sliding structure is fixedly disposed on the handle. The seat is slidably coupled to the sliding structure. The linking component includes a first end and a second end. The first end is pivotally coupled to the seat. The second end is pivotally connected to the rear leg. The linking component is driven to drive the seat to slide along the handle when the handle pivots relative to the rear leg.
Temperature-controlled stroller
A stroller having a frame, a seat on the frame for receiving a child and a heating/cooling system operably coupled to the seat. The heating/cooling system includes a single heating and cooling element proximate the seat. A reversible compressor is operably coupled to the single heating and cooling element. A first coil operably coupled to the compressor. A reversible expansion valve is operably coupled to the first coil. The reversible expansion valve is operably coupled to the single heating and cooling element. A refrigerant circulates through the single heating and cooling element, reversible compressor, first coil and reversible expansion valve. The heating/cooling system provides a first operating configuration for cooling the seat by having the refrigerant within the single heating and cooling element absorb heat, and a second operating configuration for heating the seat by having the refrigerant within the single heating and cooling element dissipate heat.
Wagon frame assembly and system using the same
A wagon frame assembly and a system using the same are disclosed herein. In one or more embodiments, an adjustable wagon frame assembly includes a frame structure having a plurality of frame members, the frame structure configured to fit at least partially inside a wagon bed of a pull-type wagon, the frame structure configured to support one or more objects proximate to a periphery of the wagon bed so as to leave a central region of the wagon bed open for transporting one or more additional objects, one or more people, and/or one or more animals. In these one or more embodiments, at least one of the plurality of frame members is adjustable relative to at least another of the plurality of frame members so as to enable the frame structure to fit a plurality of wagon beds having different sizes.
STAIR-CLIMBING WHEELED CARRIER
The stair-climbing wheeled carrier has a U-shaped frame defined by a pair of elongated parallel handles and a crossbeam extending between the ends of the handles. Each handle has an axle mount depending therefrom having a star wheel or spider wheel mounted thereon. A dual shaft worm drive motor is mounted on the frame, the shafts driving chain drives connected to the wheels. A throttle extends from one of the handles, and controls leaf springs that operate switches for actuating the reversible motor and returning the throttle to neutral when released. A payload is attached to brackets mounted on the handles. The payload may be a seat for a person needing assistance attending/descending stairs, or a basket for carrying packages or other items upstairs. In use, an assistant uses the handles to support the frame while operating the motor to activate the wheels for climbing stairs.
Universal construction stroller
A stroller assembly may be configurable as an assembled stroller having selected components defining one of a plurality of potential stroller configurations. The stroller assembly may include a plurality of constituent assemblies. Each of the constituent assemblies may include a plurality of selectable components that, when selected and combined into the assembled stroller, define a corresponding expression of the stroller assembly.
Method of driving a sliding tool on ice-surface
A sliding method on ice-surface aims at solve the problems of power output and poor durability and the difficulty in large-scale promotion. An ice-surface sliding tool includes a seat board, a U-shaped rod, sliding plates, H-shaped connecting frames, a pushing device, a hand-operated chain wheel and a reversing gear. One end of the upper end surface of the seat board is provided with a backrest. The U-shaped rod is provided on the side wall of the other end of the seat board. The lower end of the seat board is symmetrically provided with two sliding plates in parallel to each other. The sliding plates are connected with the lower end surface of the seat board through the H-shaped connecting frames. The pushing device is rotationally provided between the two H-shaped connecting frames. The hand-operated chain wheel is on the upper end of the U-shaped rod through a support bar.
ATTACHMENT FOR A PUSHABLE DEVICE
An attachment for pushable devices, such as strollers, carts, wagons, wheelchairs, and the like, fits between a jogger or walker and a pushable device and allows for more natural running or walking motion while pushing the device. In some embodiments, the attachment includes dampening functions to smooth the connection between the pusher and device, which, in conjunction with an overall geometry that limits interference with the pusher's walking or running motion, provides a smoother ride for an occupant and/or contents of the device. In other embodiments, the attachment provides a substantially rigid connection between the device and the user. The attachments allow the pusher's movement to help steer the device, and, while allowing for mostly hands-free use, reduce unwanted movements translated into the device from the pusher's motions. The attachments described herein allow pushers to comfortably run/jog/walk hands-free while pushing the device in front of them.
Motorized Cargo Cart
A collapsible, motorized cargo cart includes an electric motor and a foldable frame that folds down flat for storage and transport. The frame member includes upper and lower frame portions in pivoting relation, and they can be positioned and locked at any desired angle with respect to each other. The lower frame member includes an extension that may be extended or retracted, as desired. Handlebars are provided on the upper frame member, and a throttle controls the speed of the cart, which is capable of transporting at least 300 pounds over rough terrain. Two large wheels are positioned on either side of the cart, and a removable caster wheel may be attached to a front portion of the frame. An electric motor and rechargeable battery are disposed on an underside of the frame's lower portion, and include a drive assembly to power the side wheels.
APPARATUSES AND METHODS FOR ACCESSING SPACES LOCATED ABOVE LOW-PROFILE OBSTRUCTIONS
Apparatuses and methods for accessing confined spaces while in a supine position. Such an apparatus includes a platform with base and cantilever portions configured in combination to support a user in a supine position, and at least two sets of wheel assemblies coupled to the base portion of the platform and spaced apart from each other in a lengthwise direction of the base portion. The base portion of the platform is configured to balance a body weight of the user over and between the two sets of wheel assemblies. The cantilever portion of the platform is configured to support the user's head and to be cantilevered from a forward-most end of the base portion of the platform.
Low Profile Cart for Large Animals
A low-profile cart for transporting a large, nonambulatory animal includes a floor supported a predetermined height above the ground by a set of wheels including rear wheels, each of which has a radius approximately equal to the predetermined height. A push bar coupled to the floor may support a sun shade for protecting the animal from sunlight. The floor may be surrounded by detachable railings. A ramp may be provided for allowing the animal to easily enter and exit the cart.
