APPARATUS FOR SUSPENDING RADIO-OPAQUE CURTAINS
An apparatus for suspending one or more items is disclosed. The apparatus includes a vertical back plate, a vertical front plate, and a connector plate for connecting the vertical front plate to the vertical back plate. The apparatus further comprises an angulated base member attached to the vertical front plate at an obtuse angle. An arched hanging member for receiving one or more articles to be hanged is provided on the apparatus, the arched hanging member comprising a rounded ball end to avoid tears and perforations to the one or more suspended items.
Workspace system and components and method for the use thereof
A workspace system includes different base components, different accessory interfaces and different accessories. Different accessory interfaces may be fixed to different base components, and different accessories may be releasably engaged by different, or the same accessory interfaces. The same accessories may be engaged by different accessory interfaces. The base components and accessories may be reconfigured to define different workspaces. Methods of assembling and reconfiguring the workspaces are also provided.
PULLEY ASSEMBLIES FOR USE IN MODULAR UTILITY SYSTEMS
A counterbalanced vertical track assembly which may be configured with three types of pulley support assemblies are herein disclosed. The first type of pulley support assembly has a pair of opposed pulley modules having an elongate structural element interposed the two pulley modules which are attached to end plates at both ends of the elongate structural element. The second type of pulley support assembly has a pair of opposed pulley modules which include male end connectors for demountable engagement of the pulley modules with another module of the system with female ends. The third type of pulley support assembly has a pair of opposed pulley modules wherein the modules' pulley brackets are repositionable to varying angular orientations by alternating screw mount positions selected on mount components at opposite ends of an elongate structural element.
Tool cart
A cart comprising a support frame having a plurality of wheels, a reel supported by the support frame, and a tool tethered to the support frame.
Carts with an integrated weighing system for weighing items placed in the carts
A weight system includes a cart comprising a plurality of wheels and a frame on the plurality of wheels. The frame has a plurality of rails, and a basket is suspended from the plurality of rails of the frame. A weight sensor is coupled at one end to the suspended basket and attached at another end to one of the plurality of rails of the frame from which the basket is suspended. The weight sensor is adapted to detect weight change of the basket when an item is placed into or removed from the basket.
TELESCOPING MODULES FOR USE IN MODULAR UTILITY SYSTEMS
Four types of telescoping modules are disclosed wherein the first type has a pair of opposed female ends, the second type has a pair of opposed female ends, and the third type has a female end and an opposed male end. The fourth type has two opposed male ends between which a positionable threaded rod and retaining components stably extend the length between the male ends of the telescoping module. Alternatively, the fourth type of telescoping module may have a female end and a male end. Each of the male ends of the second, third, and fourth types of telescoping modular components comprises a cylindrical body with one or more linear set(s) of two or more spaced-apart prongs on the circumferential surface of the cylindrical body. Each of the female ends has a cylindrical receptacle with one or more linear channels and/or prong-retaining slots for receiving therein the cylindrical body.
Manually operable carriage and working attachments that may be employed with the carriage
The present invention relates to a manually operable carriage and working attachments that may be employed with the carriage. The attachments may include a plow, a logging clamp, or other implements.
Fixture securing system and method of use
A system for securing at least one fixture for transport or storage is described. The system comprises at least one rod from which the at least one fixture may be hung by an associated clamp that is attached to the top of the fixture. A locking bar associated with each of the at least one rod is provided, along with a locking mechanism, which may be actuated by a worker to move the locking bar between an open and a closed position. When the locking bar is in the closed position, it secures all clamps to the at least one rod simultaneously. When the locking bar is in an open position, any hung fixtures are released and can be removed from the rod. Described also is a method for securing a fixture.
