Framed structure for material-handling purposes

A framed structure, such as a material cart, used for material-handling purposes includes an elongated frame having two opposite ends and two opposite sides. In addition, a first set of mounts are adapted to accept the forks of a forklift truck directed endwise therein and are arranged in such a relationship to the elongated frame so that the first pair of mounts are adapted to accept the forks of a forklift truck directed therein from a side of the elongated frame. Furthermore, a second set of mounts are adapted to accept the forks of a forklift truck directed endwise therein and are arranged in such a relationship to the elongated frame so that the second set of mounts are adapted to accept the forks of a forklift truck directed therein from an end of the elongated frame.

DUMP CART

A dumping cart is disclosed. The cart allows for complete dumping while maintaining four wheels on the ground and can rotate the rear set of wheels to allow the bed of the cart to be completely turned over for emptying. Also disclosed is a method of attaching an article retaining bed to a cart.

An adjustable rack trolley has a base seat, a top seat, a stand, and a supporting rod. The base seat has multiple sets of latching grooves arranged at spaced intervals along the first direction. The stand is connected with the base seat and the top seat, and has a first frame and a second frame pivotally connected to each other. An end of the first frame is pivotally connected to the first end of the base seat, and an end of the second frame is selectively engaged in a set of the latching grooves. An end of the top seat is pivotally connected to the top of the stand. One end of the supporting rod is pivotally connected to the top seat, and the other end of the supporting rod is detachably connected with the stand.

Dish stacking cart

A dish cart includes a top with a slot for receiving a lift arm that may be lifted up through the slot to raise or lower dishes. Lobe openings emanating from the slot receive lobes of a lift paddle secured to the lift arm. The cart may define a gap below the top for permitting insertion of the lift paddle and the lift arm. The cart may be adjusted to receive differently sized dishes by means of rails of different sizes or adjustable vanes. A dish drop station includes the lift arm and lift paddle and a lift mechanism for raising and lower the lift arm. The dish drop station may include a cart present sensor and include a lock for retaining the cart. The controller may be programmed to the lower the lift arm to an unlock position that disengages the cart lock.

The dump cart includes a base frame assembly disposed on the ground surface, the base frame assembly having a plurality of rail members coupled together to create space between the front end and rear end, and an upper frame assembly rotatably mounted to the base frame assembly and having a compartment formed by a plurality of members connected together, the compartment positioned in space between the front end and rear end of the base frame assembly. The compartment of the upper frame assembly is rotatably adjusted to a first position facing upward and away from the ground surface to load the plurality of items therein. The compartment of the upper frame assembly is rotatably adjusted to a second position facing downward and toward the ground surface to unload the plurality of items from the compartment.

A pallet lift includes a base and a deck extending forward of the base. Load wheels support the deck. A platform above the deck is pivotable relative to the base. The platform has an upper support surface for supporting objects thereon. The platform may be pivoted as the pallet lift travels on an inclined surface, such as a truck ramp, in order to keep the platform relatively level relative to gravity to increase stability.
