Handcart
11904921 · 2024-02-20 · ·

A handcart may include: a support frame; a container; a lock member configured to move between a locking position at which the lock member restricts rotation of the container relative to the support frame and an unlocked position at which the lock member allows the rotation of the container relative to the support frame; and a retainer member configured to move between a retaining position at which the retainer member restricts a movement of the lock member from the unlocked position to the locking position and a non-retaining position at which the retainer member allows the movement of the lock member from the unlocked position to the locking position. The lock member may be configured to move from the locking position to the unlocked position and be maintained in the unlocked position by a movement of the retainer member from the non-retaining position to the retaining position.

Self-contained multi-axis articulable platform and containment system for facilitating transport and dispersal of bulk materials and methods for employing such a system

A self-contained mechanical device is provided that is mountable to a lawn tractor or other similar powered unit, via a standard mounting system, such as a hitch-type mount, for movement of bulk material or heavy objects around a work site or storage facility. The device includes a casterable frame to which a manually or tiltable hopper is mounted. The device also includes a hinge system between the hopper and frame. A knuckle is provided as a connection point to facilitate storage in translation of the device from a substantially horizontal position to a substantially vertical position.

Transport cart for nuclear medicine/molecular imaging radioisotopes having enhanced safety features and a process implementing the same

The disclosure relates to a medical imaging supply transport cart having enhanced safety features and a process implementing the same. The medical imaging supply transport cart includes a support surface configured to support medical imaging supplies, the support surface further configured to support a support mechanism, and the support mechanism further configured to support the medical imaging supplies. The support mechanism further configured to rigidly hold the medical imaging supplies with a first holding mechanism, the medical imaging supplies configured to store at least one dose of a nuclear medicine, a plurality of wheels arranged below the support surface, at least one door configured to enclose the medical imaging supplies, and a handle configured to be grasped by a user to guide the medical imaging supply transport cart.

TRANSPORT CARRIAGE

A cart that reduces impact on a load placed on a loading platform 50. The cart 10 includes a drive that raises/lowers the platform 50 by rotating a motor which extends/retracts a mechanism 70 vertically. The drive rotates the motor when an external force raises/lowers the platform 50 and extends/retracts the mechanism 70. When a control device detects lowering of the platform 50 held at a predetermined vertical position and detects an increase in weight of the load on the platform 50 based on an output signal of a rotation sensor that detects rotation of the motor and an output signal of a current sensor that detects a drive current of the motor, the control device controls the motor such that the platform 50 is raised and held at the either the predetermined vertical position or a vertical position lower than that position.

TRANSPORT CART

A cart equipped with a smaller electric actuator as a drive source to raise and lower a loading platform and having a movable part 93 driven and moved by an electric actuator 91, a first link member 951R (951L) coupled to the movable part 93, a second link member 953R (953L) coupled to the first link member 951R (951L) and right and left X-shaped arms 71L and 71R (75L and 75R) via a shaft member 952R (952L), and a guide 97R (97L) having a hole 971R (971L) for guiding the shaft member 952R (952L) that moves with the movable part 93. The loading platform 50 is raised and lowered by vertically extending and retracting the pair of X-shaped arms via the first and second link members 951R and 951L (953R and 953L) along with movement of the movable part 93.
