IRRIGATION AND ASPIRATION DEVICE AND METHOD
Irrigation and/or aspiration devices and methods may be configured to aspirate and irrigate alone, sequentially, or concurrently. The devices and methods may provide a base with a removable head, and adapted for partial or complete separation of the irrigation and aspiration functions. The devices and methods can be configured to aspirate and/or irrigate the nasal and sinus cavities. The devices and methods may be manually and/or automatically controlled. The devices and methods may include removable, and/or replaceable, and/or refillable, and easily cleanable reservoirs for aspirant and irrigant. The device head and/or aspirant reservoir may comprise a diagnostic device, i.e., test device and/or container after use of the devices and methods.
VERTICAL FLOW IMMUNOCHROMATOGRAPHIC ASSAY DEVICE AND METHOD OF USING THE SAME
A method and kit for detecting SARS-CoV-2 virus antigen present in an oropharyngeal lavage includes swishing and gargling a mouth rinse to distribute the same around the inside of the oral cavity and throughout an oropharyngeal space of the user. An absorbent end of a test stick is inserted into the oral cavity to collect liquid contents therefrom, the liquid contents including the mouth rinse and particles retrieved therefrom. The absorbent stick is removed and positioned vertically in a support stand while results are determined. Alternatively, the liquid contents are deposited from the oral cavity into a collection device, and the absorbent end of the test stick is inserted into the collection device and positioned vertically such that the test stick is retained in the collection device with the absorbent end of the test stick facing downwardly. An indicator on the test stick displays whether SARS-CoV-2 virus antigen is detected.

APPARATUS FOR DETECTING ANALYTE IN A LIQUID SAMPLE AND METHOD THEREOF
The present invention provides an apparatus for detecting the presence or absence of an analyte in liquid sample, including: a collection chamber, including an opening for collecting a liquid sample; a testing element for testing the analyte in liquid sample; and a cover for covering the opening of the collection chamber; wherein the apparatus further includes a prompting device for prompting if the cover is covered to a specified location, and the prompting device shall at least includes a first element and a second element, the first element is in contact with the second element, wherein one element vibrates to produce a sound. In some preferred ways, the second element produces friction with the first element, to cause one of the elements to generate vibrations. The apparatus in the present invention can allow the prompting sound to be clear and loud.
MEDICAL DEVICE FOR CONDUCTING PAPANICOLAOU (PAP) TEST
A medical device for conducting papanicolaou (pap) test is disclosed. The device comprises a protective guide, an endoscopic device, a cell extraction device, and a computing device. The protective guide has an upper chamber and a lower chamber. The endoscope has a camera and a light emitting device assembly. The endoscope is securely positioned within the upper chamber. The cell extraction device has a handle at one end and a brush affixed at another end. The cell extraction device is slidably positioned within the lower chamber. The cell extraction device is configured to slide outward for positioning the brush around the user's cervix, thereby conveniently allowing for a cervical cell sample to be collected. The computing device in communication with the endoscope device and is configured to improve detection accuracy and visual examinations of the targeted cervical area, thereby enabling the user to collect the cervical cell sample for conducting the PAP test.
