CONVEYOR SYSTEM
A conveyor system conveys devices for receiving components to be welded together, especially for internal combustion engine exhaust systems, into and out of a welding cell. The conveyor system includes a conveying vehicle (62) with a chassis (64) that can travel on a subfloor via rollers (68). A superstructure (78) is carried vertically adjustably on the chassis (64). At least one device carrier (14) receives components to be welded together in a position intended for the welding together in relation to one another. A positioning/holding formation (94) is provided on the superstructure (78) and a counter-positioning/holding formation (103) that meshes or can be caused mesh with the positioning/holding formation (94) is provided on the device carrier (14) for presetting a conveying position of the device carrier (14) on the superstructure (78).
CARRIAGE
A carriage according to the present embodiment comprises: a mounting base in which a plane for placing a freight is defined, the mounting base receiving the freight from an end part of the plane by horizontal movement; and a drop prevention part that is provided to the end part of the plane, and that prevents the freight from dropping off from the mounting base. The drop prevention part includes: a movable part that rotates about an axis along a direction perpendicular to both the vertical direction and a direction in which the freight is received; and a rotation inhibiting part that is provided between said plane and a horizontal plane on which said axis is present, and that limits the range of rotation of the movable part. The movable part includes: a contact part that comes into contact with the freight; and a weight part at which the center of gravity of the movable part is located. The contact part has an end part that projects more upward in the vertical direction than the plane. When the contact part is pressed from the inner side of the mounting base toward the outer side, the rotation inhibiting part stops the rotation of the movable part about the axis by contacting the contact part and keeps the end part of the contact part more upward in the vertical direction than the plane.
Ergonomic safety solution for orbital drills
A tool hand cart incorporates a body with a pair of wheels rotatably mounted on opposite sides of the body proximate a lower rear edge of the body. A collapsible handle is retractably extendable upward from the body. A pair of arms having vertically oriented channels extends from a front of the body and are arranged in spaced relation to define opposing first and second slots configured to receive side frame members of a drill. The handle is retractable to a first position enhancing insertion of the drill and extendible to a second position and the body is configured to tilt from an upright standing position to a canted position in which the body is supported by the pair of wheels and rolled by pulling the handle to thereby transport a drill positioned in the first and second slots.
Dolly Edge Support Device
Example edge support devices for a dolly are described. The edge support devices include a body including first and second body sections angled relative to each other, a first engagement assembly extending from a bottom surface of the first body section, and a second engagement assembly extending from a bottom surface of the second body section. The first and second engagement assemblies each include a central protrusion and pairs of side protrusions configured to be inserted into openings in the supporting surface of the dolly. The pairs of side protrusions of the first and second engagement assemblies engage the respective openings of the dolly to detachably couple the body of the edge support devices to the dolly.
SINGLE-OPERATOR MULTI-FUNCTION FOLDABLE TRANSPORTER
A system is disclosed including a transporter, having a top load bearing surface or bed, and four wheeled articulating legs, that may be operated by a single user/operator, and can be lowered or raised by changing the lengths or angles of its legs while maintaining the transporter bed level. The legs that may be folded up to be loaded onto or unloaded from a truck bed, or a stationary platform, by a single operator while carrying heavy load. The loading and unloading process is assisted by various safety brakes that prevent accidental slippage of the transporter off the truck bed. The legs' angles are changed using a dual-threaded lead screw. The transporter further includes two edge detectors on the front-end and the rear-end to detect the edge of the truck bed automatically, and prepare the folding of the transporter legs for loading onto the truck bed.

DOLLY
A dolly for transporting products thereon, the dolly comprising a top with a product support surface and an opposing underside, a plurality of casters provided on the underside, two of the casters being swivel casters configured to rotate relative to the product support surface; biasing means configured to bias a wheel of each swivel caster towards a first equilibrium position. A plurality of reinforcing ribs provided on the underside; wherein at least one of the reinforcing ribs is a curved reinforcing rib, and; the at least one curved reinforcing rib extends from a first caster mounting area to a second caster mounting area. Further including, a dolly carrier pallet comprising a pallet provided with a dolly receiving layer, wherein the dolly receiving layer is provided with generally rectangular wheel receiving recesses for receiving swivel casters and is provided with generally rectangular wheel receiving recesses for receiving fixed casters.
Wheel axle assembly with stabilizing braces
A releasable wheel assembly is presented. The releasable wheel assembly includes a base plate and a bracket coupled to the base plate. The bracket includes multiple bosses and each boss includes a hole. An axle passing through the hole of each boss. The axle includes a circumferential groove adjacent to each end of the axle. Additionally, a brace is coupled to the base plate and the axle.
ROBOTIC ARM CART HAVING LOCKING SWIVEL JOINTS AND OTHER POSITION ADJUSTMENT FEATURES AND USES THEREFOR
Apparatuses and methods described herein relate to arm carts for transporting and securing a robotic arm to a surgical table. In some embodiments, an arm cart may include an arm support having two joints that can be manipulated to move an arm into a position in which a coupler of the arm is engageable with a coupling site of a surgical table.
