A support assembly includes a body, a first bearing assembly, a first fastener, and a leg. The body includes a first aperture centered on an axis. The first bearing assembly includes a first ball bearing. The first fastener is threadably engaged with the first aperture. The leg is selectively repositionable along the axis. The leg includes a support. The first fastener is configured to cooperate with the leg to cause repositioning of the support relative to the body in response to rotation of the first fastener within the first aperture.

A climate controlling mechanism may be provided for car seats/strollers that may be temperature regulated and may include a fail safe such that the climate controlling mechanism may shut down if not within the desired temperature range. The climate controlling mechanism may be built into a car seat/stroller and/or incorporated into a blanket or covering to be placed over a child. The climate controlling mechanism also may be portable. Further, the climate controlling mechanism may be self-charging or the climate controlling mechanism may be plugged into a car charger or other outlet in order to cool and/or heat.

The disclosure relates to a medical imaging supply transport cart having enhanced safety features and a process implementing the same. The medical imaging supply transport cart includes a support surface configured to support medical imaging supplies, the support surface further configured to support a support mechanism, and the support mechanism further configured to support the medical imaging supplies. The support mechanism further configured to rigidly hold the medical imaging supplies with a first holding mechanism, the medical imaging supplies configured to store at least one dose of a nuclear medicine, a plurality of wheels arranged below the support surface, at least one door configured to enclose the medical imaging supplies, and a handle configured to be grasped by a user to guide the medical imaging supply transport cart.

The presently disclosed subject matter provides an apparatus for protecting an occupant in a stroller from harmful environmental factors including UV and air pollutants. The apparatus can include an interchangeable cover configured to substantially enclose the occupant and cover at least a portion of the stroller to form an enclosure. The interchangeable cover can include a flexible plastic film that protects the occupant from UV radiation. The interchangeable cover can have an inlet, a fan connected to the inlet to draw ambient air into the enclosure, and a filter unit configured to filter the ambient air. The fan is further configured to blow the filtered ambient air along an interior surface of the enclosure and to maintain a positive air pressure within the enclosure.

A mobile galley cart including a wheeled insulated housing having a door configured to open to access to the interior of the housing, a thermoelectric chiller mounted near the bottom of the cart, cold air ducting in fluid communication with the thermoelectric chiller and opening to the interior of the housing, and warm air ducting including a warm air exhaust arranged to exhaust warm air from the mobile galley cart.
