WHEELED FOLDING TRAY CART WITH SAFETY DEVICE AND METHOD
The invention is a wheeled folding tray cart and method. The wheeled folding tray cart comprises a collapsible wheeled framework pivotally supporting a set of split shelves, each split shelf comprises a pair of half shelves. The wheeled folding tray cart moves between an open operating position wherein the set of split shelves are held in spaced-apart, stacked, horizontal orientation within the collapsible wheeled framework and a closed storage position wherein the collapsible wheeled framework is collapsed in manner to move each half shelf pair into an accordion-like, inverted “V”-shaped or accordion like configuration. An extension coiled spring attached to the collapsible wheeled framework assists in the movement of the wheeled folding tray cart between open operating position and the closed storage position. A sheath encloses at least a portion of the spring to provide resistance to the spring's movement to limit potential operator exposure to pinch injuries.
Collapsible carts
A collapsible cart may include a collapsible frame, a foldable shelf, and an interior support column. The collapsible frame includes a first frame portion and a second frame portion. The frame is configured to move between an open configuration and a collapsed configuration by relative translation between the first frame portion and the second frame portion. The foldable shelf extends between the first frame portion and the second frame portion. The foldable shelf is configured to fold to allow the frame to move from the open configuration to the collapsed configuration. The column transversely extends through a column slot defined by the foldable shelf. The cart further includes at least one column brace slidably coupling the frame to the column. The cart further includes at least one shelf brace slidably coupling the foldable shelf to the column.
Push chair
A foldable push chair comprises a central body portion extending across the push chair and defining a central axis, the central axis extending substantially perpendicularly to the normal direction of travel of the push chair, a handle assembly connected to the central body and extending therefrom, at least three wheel supporting legs are rotatable around the central axis and extending from the central body, in the unfolded state one or more wheel supporting legs extend in a forward direction from the central axis and one or more wheel supporting legs extend in a rearward direction from the central axis; the forward and rearward extending legs are coupled together such that they rotate in opposite directions around the central axis during a folding or unfolding operation.
Handle folding mechanism, three-fold handle employing the folding mechanism, and stroller having the same
A handle folding mechanism, a three-fold handle employing the folding mechanism, and a stroller having the same are provided. The folding mechanism includes an intermediate component and a pair of connecting components. The intermediate component includes a tubular casing, a press block, and an unlocking piece. A rear part of the press block passes through a front surface of the casing to extend into the casing, and is movable back and forth. The connecting component includes a tubular housing and an engaging piece. The engaging piece is slidably mounted in the housing. In a locked state, a front end of the engaging piece penetrates into the casing. The unlocking piece has a fixing part, and the fixing part is disposed with a free end extending between a rear end of the press block and the front end of the engaging piece.
CONVERTIBLE HAND TRUCK AND CHAIR DEVICE
The convertible hand truck and chair device may combine the advantages of a wheeled hand truck with the advantages of a folding chair. Such a design may allow a user to transport large or heavy items from one location to another using the hand truck, and to then utilize the hand truck as a chair device for sitting. By way of example, a user going to the beach or a camp site may carry most or all of their needed items, such as coolers, foodstuffs, and other goods, to the beach or camp site location, and then convert the hand truck to a seat where they may sit or rest without the need to bring an additional chair. The device may further collapse down into a compact form factor for ease of transportation.
Portable storage sled
A portable storage sled for transporting equipment includes a first elongated member and a second elongated member. At least one connecting member joins the first elongated member to the second elongated member. Each of the first elongated member and the second elongated member includes an extension member that is selectively retractable and extendable therefrom. The first elongated member, the second elongated member, the first extension member and the second extension member include a plurality of ridges extending upwardly therefrom that form an equipment mount between which the equipment is situated. The portable storage sled is selectively adjustable in length and width so that equipment of various sizes can be situated thereon.
Compact portable foldable solar panel support system and methods of use
Disclosed are methods and apparatus for providing portable solar array support systems. Embodiments of the invention include an apparatus that holds four 60-cell rooftop-grade solar panels and folds up into a relatively small portable device that easily fits in a garage or shed. When open, the panels are displayed at near the nominal angle to the sun for the region. Adjustable angle supports are available in alternative embodiments. Embodiments of the foldable solar array system are constructed from steel components, and feature proprietary integrated hinges to minimize the size and complexity of the system. The hinges are specially-cut sections of steel angle iron that force a solid stop point in the open or closed positions. These may be 90° hinges on the panel arms and swing arms, and may be 180° hinges on panel-to-panel hinges. The panel-to-panel hinges also allow for an offset based on the thickness of the solar panels and make the solar panels lay flat when open and stack face to face when closed. The weight from the use of steel is useful to help stabilize the array in windy conditions. Additional weight and/or ground anchors can also be easily applied and are recommended for use in windy environments.
A PUSH CHAIR
Foldable chair
A foldable chair includes backrest rods hinged to a seat unit, leg units, armrest units, a first foldable rod unit, and a linking rod unit. Each leg unit includes a sleeve member connected to the seat unit and slidably sleeved on a rear leg rod connected to the seat unit. Each armrest unit is connected to one of the leg units and one of the backrest rods. The first foldable rod unit is connected between the backrest rods to move the backrest rods. The linking rod unit includes an end connected to the first foldable rod unit, and another end pivotally connected to one of the backrest arm units, or one of the sleeve members of the leg units.
