The dimension between the front (16, 116) and the rear (18, 118) is longer than the dimension between the opposing sides (20, 120) and (22, 122). A first wheel means (24, 124) is located in the vicinity of the front (16, 116). The first wheel means (24, 124) is used to wheel luggage apparatus (10, 110) in normal mode. A second wheel means (28, 128) is located in the vicinity of the rear (18, 118) and, in conjunction with the first wheel means (24, 124), can be used to wheel the luggage apparatus (10, 110) in child carrying mode. A child seat (44, 144) is foldable within the luggage apparatus (10, 110) in normal mode and unfoldable in child carrying mode to be positioned on or above the top (12, 112) of the luggage apparatus (10, 110). In child carrying mode, the longer dimension is substantially parallel to the ground supporting the luggage apparatus (10, 110) and the unfolded child seat (44, 144) is positioned so that the centre of gravity of the child seat (44, 144) and any child thereon is substantially between the front (16, 116) and the rear (18, 118).
High load capacity collapsible carts
Compressible carts and methods for using the same are provided. The compressible carts include a rigid frame having a front wall, a rear wall, a right sidewall, a left sidewall, a bottom wall, a rotatable base panel, a rigid cover panel, a handle, and a plurality of wheel assemblies. The compressible carts may also include on each sidewall one or more fastening mechanisms, such as slideable members cooperatively engaging tracks or fastening connectors, and are movable between an open position to allow the sidewall to fold inwardly, to a closed position to selectively lock the panels of the sidewall. The plurality of wheel assemblies may include a plurality of rotatable swivel wheels mounted underneath the bottom wall, or a plurality of wheels rotatably coupled to a plurality of spokes, where each spoke is coupled to a revolving spindle.
TRANSPORT CART AND METHOD FOR TRANSFORMING A TRANSPORT CART
A transport cart having a base assembly, having two opposing side assemblies arranged on the base assembly, having a respective wheel arranged on a respective one of the side assemblies, and having at least one receptacle arranged between the side assemblies for a respective transport box. The transport cart is transferable between a packing mode and a first operating mode or between the first operating mode and a second operating mode. A method for transferring such a transport cart between the first operating mode and the second operating mode, a method for transferring such a transport cart between the packing mode and the first operating mode, and a method for transforming such a transport cart are also disclosed.
Folding dolly system and methods for assembling and utilizing a dolly system
A folding dolly system, a base unit of a folding dolly system, and methods of forming and using a folding dolly system are presented. A folding dolly system comprises a plurality of interconnectable base units connected to form a substantially planar holding surface, each base unit comprising a first edge with a number of knuckles configured to form a joint, a second edge with a number of knuckles configured to form a joint, and a surface forming a portion of the holding surface.

Shopping trolley
A shopping trolley (10) comprising a basket (12) having first and second side walls (22, 23), first and second end walls (20, 21) and a base wall (18). The basket 12 includes first and second front legs (26, 27) and first and second rear legs (28, 29). The first and second front legs (26, 27) are rotatable from an extended position, in which they extend downwardly from adjacent a front of the basket 12, to a collapsed position, in which they are located adjacent outer sides of the first and second side walls (22, 23). The rear legs (28, 29) are rotatable from an extended position, in which they extend downwardly from adjacent a rear of the basket, to a collapsed position, in they are located adjacent and above upper edges of the first and second side walls (22, 23) of the basket (12).
