A handle and telescoping bar assembly is pivotally coupled substantially to a housing assembly on the bottom frame portion, a handle portion defining the proximal bar end. A motor and shaft assembly in the housing assembly is electrically coupled to a rechargeable battery assembly, an actuator assembly, and electronic controls which are communicatively coupled to a hand-held communication or smart device.

CARGO CARRIER AND QUICK HITCH MOUNT

A cargo carrier has a frame, a wheel assembly coupled to the frame, and a quick release assembly. The quick release assembly allows the user to quickly raise and lower the wheel assembly with respect to the frame, or to turn an adjusting screw to more finely raise and lower the wheel assembly. In addition, a vehicle hitch mount has an outer tube and an inner tube slidably received in the outer tube. The inner tube has a retracted position in which the inner tube is retracted with respect to the outer tube, and an extended position in which the inner tube is extended with respect to the outer tube. A locking pin can be operated by the user at one side of the cargo carrier to removably lock the hitch mount to the vehicle hitch located at an opposite side of the cargo carrier.

One of the connection assemblies includes a first connection piece and a second connection piece, and when the bottom frame is unfolded, the first connection piece is located on the second connection piece, so that a double-layer structure of the bottom frame is formed. The hand trolley includes the bottom support structure of the hand trolley and a side support disposed on the bottom frame, the side support includes a side rod, and the side rod is a fixed rod with a fixed height.
