TRUSSES AND SIMILAR STRUCTURES
A truss structure is suitable for supporting lighting fixtures is provided which employs wheeled leg carriages to support such trusses during transport. Each leg carriage has two legs, one extending vertically from each end of an elongated crossmember. A caster is attached proximate to the bottom of each leg. The top of each leg can be inserted in a tube fixed in a corner of the truss, elevating the truss so as to produce a volume below the truss structure into which lighting fixtures and other loads can safely project during transport. The ground clearance produced is determined by the amount that the leg is inserted in the tube and an improvement allows the retention of a mechanical stop in the tube that determines the amount of insertion allowed. Stiffeners used to brace two leg carriages, one to the other, are provided with features that allow their use in forming a cart for storing leg carriages not in use.
Versatile article support device
An article support device that can be arranged in a plurality of architectures to suit the user's needs and can be easily collapsed for storage and/or transported within a vehicles cargo area. The article support device uses a horizontal frame member with a plurality of positions to receive one or more vertical frame members that can be secured into desired positions. The frame members may also be arranged in an architecture to support a raised platform by attaching two or more vertical frame members to the horizontal frame member. Hinge pin receivers may be attached to the vertical frame members. The hinge pin receivers accept the hinge pins that are attached to SUV doors. When the hinge pins of SUV doors are aligned with the hinge pin receivers on a vertical frame member, the SUV doors can be secured to the article support device by lowering the SUV doors and hinge pins into the hinge pin receivers until the doors are in a position resting on the horizontal frame section the article support device. An axle frame and tires may be attached to the article support for easy mobility of the device. A plurality of axle frames may also be added to the article support to increase the load capacity of the device.
Modularly-wheeled Cooler
A modularly-wheeled cooler that that can be transported across almost any surface and can store wheels and other objects when not in use. The modularly-wheeled includes a receptacle, a lid, a pair of front axles, a pair of rear axles, a plurality of wheel-attachment features, and a first plurality of peg-attachment features. The receptacle is preferably a structural body that can receive and store objects. The lid provides a cover means that conceals and protects the objects stored inside of the receptacle. The pair of front axles and the pair of rear axles allow the cooler have wheels attached. The plurality of wheel-attachment features allows the cooler to receive and store wheels when the cooler is not in use. The plurality of peg-attachment features allows the cooler to have storage pegs attached which allow the cooler to store objects such as foldable chairs.
Kayak transport dolly and storage rack
A removable rack for holding and/or transporting kayaks with a vehicle such as a pick up, trailer, utility vehicle or flat bed truck. The rack comprises a frame which holds at least one kayaks in a pickup at a selected height and leaving storage room under rack frame. The rack also can be disassembled into a relatively small bundle of parts for easy storage and transport. The rack provides a dolly or hand truck including a frame with wheels and a handle means to maintain the desired spacing between the support surface and the kayak supported by the elevated platform. The hand truck assembly are configured to be easily moved onto an elevated platform, for example, the bed of a truck or an elevated floor such as a raised patio or deck floor. The transport device facilitates transportation of the kayak to a body of water.
CARTS FOR MOBILE CHECKOUT OF LAWN AND GARDEN PURCHASES
A cart for use by a store associate in a lawn and garden center comprises a frame; a folding tray table extending from a top region of the frame; at least one basket extending from the frame, wherein a combination of the tray table and the at least one basket are configured for receiving lawn and garden items and items used by the store associate to assist customers; at least one bagging fixture for holding shopping bags; and a wheel assembly coupled to a bottom region of the frame, comprising at least two wheels.
HANDCART
The present invention relates to a collapsible handcart. The handcart includes a collapsible chassis. Retractable ends are provided for retracting toward the chassis. The collapsible chassis may include a pair of hinged front and back frames which collapse together. Advantageously, the frames may be collapsed together which causes the ends to come together whilst remaining substantially upright. Preferably, a user can simply lift the center of the chassis and the ends roll toward each other.
EXTERNAL FRAME LUGGAGE WITH FOLD-OUT COMPUTER CASE
The present invention is a piece of luggage with an external frame with a fold-out computer case for use through an X-Ray machine.
Backpack cart
A backpack cart that can be used on rugged terrain and can hold a variety of sizes of backpacks. The cart includes a pair of wheels, a central post, a horizontal support member, a lower strap holding member, an upper strap holding member, a handle member, a pack support plate and a lower support post. The horizontal support member terminates on each side in a wheel retaining shaft holding large pneumatic wheels. The central post is attached to the horizontal support member. The pack support plate is attached the horizontal support holder. The upper and lower strap holding members are attached to the central post. The handle is attached to the top of the central post facing in the opposite direction of the pack support plate. The lower support post is attached to the pack support plate and in a downward orientation allowing its lower tip to touch the ground.
GAME CART
A game cart for hauling or carrying a large game animal is collapsible between a deployed position and a collapsed position. The game cart includes an extension member moveably connected with a frame. The extension member rotates about a pivot axis to collapse first and second legs inwardly towards the frame. First and second wheels may be removed from operational stub axles on the first and second legs and may be stored on storage stub axles attached to the extension member. When the game cart is collapsed, the wheels are carried by the extension member so as to allow the entire cart to be carried by a strap. After the cart is carried by a hunter to a remote location, the cart is deployed by reversing the steps of collapsing the cart. The cart carries a hunted large game animal, after a hunt, from a remote location in the wilderness.
