COLLAPSIBLE STROLLER WITH TRIGGER HANDLE
A collapsible stroller is disclosed, including a front axle frame member, a rear axle frame member, a handlebar frame member, a handlebar, and a hub. The hub includes a rotating attachment point for the front axle frame member, a rotating attachment point for the handlebar frame member, a fixed attachment point for the rear axle frame member. A cable connects the hub, and a rotatable handle on the handlebar frame member. When the rotatable handle is rotated, the cable causes the hub to collapse in two stages.
FLATBED TROLLEY WITH CASTERS CAPABLE OF NOT FOLDING WHEN HANDLE ROTATES
The present invention discloses a flatbed trolley with casters capable of not folding when a handle rotates, which comprises a bearing frame (1), a handle (2), rotary frames (3), wheel carriers (4), and casters (5). The handle (2) is fixed at an upper portion of the bearing frame (1) via a connecting structure. The connecting structure comprises a left joint (14), a right joint (15), a left gear seat (12), a right gear seat (13), and a handle locking mechanism. The handle locking mechanism comprises a cross bar (7), locking blocks (8), connecting bars (9), switches (10), and a spring (11). The cross bar (7) is a hollow tube with an end being supported on the left gear seat (12) and the other end being supported on the right gear seat (13). An end of the cross bar (7) is provided with the locking block (8), wherein the locking block (8) is slidable along an extension direction of the cross bar (7). An end of the locking block (8) is connected to an end of the connecting bar (9), and the other end of the locking block is capable of inserting into the left joint (14) and the left gear seat (12) to lock them. The connecting bar (9) is installed within a hollow part of the cross bar (7), and the other end of the connecting bar is connected to the switch (10). Similarly, the other end of the cross bar (7) has a same structure. The spring (11) is provided between two switches (10), which thereby enables the casters be capable of not folding when the handle rotates.
Front wheel folding structure of three-wheeled cart
A front wheel folding structure of a three-wheeled cart, including: a pipe sleeve of a front wheel rack, a rotational joint, a first joint base, a second joint base, and a locking mechanism. The first joint base and the second joint base are symmetrically disposed at two sides of the rotational joint. The locking mechanism is configured to lock the rotational joint. The rotational joint is coupled to the first joint base and the second joint base. The rotational joint includes a front part and a rear part, and the front part is adapted to rotate in relative to the rear part. The front part of the rotational joint is connected to the pipe sleeve of the front wheel rack and is sleeved with a first gear, and a second gear is disposed in the inner side of the first joint base and is engaged with the first gear.
Buggy
The invention relates to a buggy comprising an upper sliding frame and a lower sliding frame to which the front wheels are attached. In the upright driving position of the buggy, viewed in the side view, the upper sliding frame and the lower sliding frame are approximately aligned with one another. There is also a rear frame to which the rear wheels are attached. In the driving position, the buggy, viewed from the side, is oriented at an angle to the sliding frames, and the buggy can be collapsed about joints from the driving position into a transport position. Joint units, to which the respective end of a strut of the upper sliding frame facing the joint units and the respective end of a strut of the rear frame facing the joint units, are attached so as to be pivotable about joint axes, which are parallel to one another.
Lightweight Collapsible Stroller
A lightweight collapsible stroller is provided. The stroller includes: a frame including a first portion movable relative to a second portion; a drive mechanism coupled to the frame, which moves the first portion relative to the second portion, thereby transitioning the frame between an open position and a closed position; and a latch mounted to the frame. The latch is positioned to engage at least a portion of the first portion or the second portion when the frame is in its open position to restrict the first portion from moving relative to the second portion. Upon actuation, the drive mechanism causes the latch to release, such that the first portion of the frame moves relative to the second portion of the frame, thereby allowing the frame to transition to the closed position.
Stroller frame and stroller
A stroller frame (100) includes a front leg (10), a bottom tube (30), a rear leg (20), an upper support member (40) and a lower support member (50). The front leg (10), the bottom tube (30), the lower support member (50) and the upper support member (40) are pivotally connected to each other to form a four-bar linkage structure. The rear leg (20) is connected to an end of the bottom tube (30). A lock mechanism (60) is disposed at a pivot joint between the upper support member (40) and the lower support member (50). The lock mechanism (60) is able to lock the upper support member (40) and the lower support member (50) at an expanded angle, such that the front leg (10) is able to be expanded with respect to the bottom tube (30). The lock mechanism (60) is unlocked to release the upper support member (40) and the lower support member (50), such that the front leg (10) is able to be folded with respect to the bottom tube (30).
LOCKING APPARATUS FOR ELECTRICALLY CONTROLLED ROTATING ARM AND AUTOMATICALLY FOLDING CART
In the present invention, through the cooperation of the first rotating member provided in the first rotating arm and the third rotating member provided in the second rotating arm, the port docking of the first rotating arm and the second rotating arm are achieved. Then, the second rotating member of the first rotating arm cooperates with the second locking mechanism in the second rotating arm to perform the locking action. As the locking process of the rotating arm is divided into two steps of docking and locking, which are executed by corresponding structures, the locking stability between the locking arms and the unlocking flexibility can be ensured.
STROLLER FRAME AND STROLLER
A stroller frame includes a front leg, a bottom tube, a rear leg, an upper support member and a lower support member. The front leg, the bottom tube, the lower support member and the upper support member are pivotally connected to each other to form a four-bar linkage structure. The rear leg is connected to an end of the bottom tube. A lock mechanism is disposed at a pivot joint between the upper support member and the lower support member. The lock mechanism is able to lock the upper support member and the lower support member at an expanded angle, such that the front leg is able to be expanded with respect to the bottom tube. The lock mechanism is unlocked to release the upper support member and the lower support member, such that the front leg is able to be folded with respect to the bottom tube.
