A toilet lift apparatus for removing and installing toilets includes a base having a left side slidably engageable with a right side. An attachment bar is coupled to the base. A pair of supports is coupled to the base and a cantilever is coupled to the pair of supports. The cantilever selectively engages with a toilet and pivots on the pair of supports to lift and alternatively lower the toilet. A ratchet assembly is coupled to the cantilever to pull in, or alternatively push out, each of the left arm and the right arm. A latch bar is coupled to the ratchet assembly and extends down past the attachment bar. The latch bar has a plurality of hooks with each of the plurality of hooks being selectively engageable with the attachment bar.

A pet stroller includes a canopy fabric, a supporting frame, a first longitudinal frame, a second longitudinal frame, a rear wheel frame, and a plurality of wheels. The supporting frame includes a carriage body which has an accommodating cavity and a front opening. A vehicle lift system and vehicle dolly system are provided. The vehicle lift system includes a vertically extending portion, a stationary base portion extending horizontally from the vertically extending portion, a vertically movable vehicle support portion extending horizontally from the vertically extending portion and configured to support a vehicle dolly; and a lifting member coupled to the vehicle support portion and configured to elevate the vehicle support portion.

The invention provides a motorcycle dolly, the dolly having an elongated surface with a first end and the second end, wherein the surface defines a first section in rotatable or slidable communication with a second section; and a first plurality of wheels proximal to the first end and a second plurality of wheels proximal to the second end.

A wheeled stepladder platform apparatus for easily moving a stepladder includes a base frame having a left side, a right side, a back side, and a front side forming a rectangle and a crossmember extending from the back side to the front side in parallel opposition to the left side. Each of the left side, the right side, the back side, the front side, and the crossmember is L-shaped and has a vertical portion and a horizontal portion. The base frame is configured to support a stepladder on the horizontal portion. The base frame comprises a back left section, a front left section, a back right section, a front right section, and a plurality of joiner sections joined with a plurality of hardware through a plurality of mounting apertures. A plurality of wheels is coupled to the base frame.

A trolley configured for use to carry folding tables of a variety of sizes. The trolley includes a loading end, a trolley frame, and an extension gate adjustably connected to the trolley frame so as to be adjustable relative to the loading end of the trolley in a length direction of the trolley. The extension gate includes an elongate member slidingly disposed on the trolley frame and a rotatable portion that is foldable relative to the elongate member and lockable in an upright position by a lock. The rotatable portion may be positioned in an extended position from the loading end of the trolley, in a retracted position adjacent the loading end of the trolley, and in positions that are intermediate to the extended position and the retracted position. The elongate member may slide in a first direction to extend the rotatable portion away from the loading end of the trolley and in a second direction to retract the rotatable portion toward the loading end of the trolley.

The inventive subject matter is a bi-directional adjustable roller lift apparatus and a method of use of the apparatus. The bi-directional adjustable roller lift apparatus is made of: a top surface having two sections: a left top surface section and a right-top surface section where the distance between the left-top surface section and a right-top surface section corresponds to the width of a vehicle tire; each of the two sections having a roller assembly disposed on a front-end portion; a supporting frame made of a plurality of vertical elements and a plurality of horizontal elements, wherein a portion of the top surface with the roller assembly projects past the supporting frame; wherein each of the of plurality vertical elements and each of the plurality of horizontal elements are made of a larger channel and a smaller channel, the smaller channel sized to fit within the larger channel, each of the larger channel and a smaller channel having a plurality of corresponding openings sized to accommodate a fastener.

The secured device can communicate with access management servers, authorized device or carrier device, etc. The receptacle may be disposed on a folding cart that can be placed outside the house by a lock mode fixing device, an attachment mode fixing device, an embed mode fixing device, a through mode fixing device or an implant mode fixing device. This allows a peace of mind for receiving and keeping the purchase/parcel delivered by a carrier and prevents porch pirates from happening.
