Interfacing wheelchairs with wheeled apparatuses
Devices described in this disclosure can interconnect a wheelchair with another wheeled apparatus. For example, this document describes interfacing devices that releasably receive the front wheels of a wheelchair and the rear wheels of another wheeled apparatus in such a way that a user of the wheelchair can conveniently maneuver the wheeled apparatus in conjunction with the operation of the wheelchair.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR AN INTERLOCKING WAGON
Embodiments disclosed herein describe systems and methods for an interlocking wagon. In embodiments, the interlocking wagon may include a first component and a second component.
Nesting container and nesting container assembly
An interlocking or mating container and container system are presented herein. In particular, the system includes a plurality of adjacently disposed (side-by-side, end-to-end and stacked) containers that are dimensioned to maximize the available space on a pallet or in a shipping unit. The containers are configured to include a plurality of interlocking or mating portions such as one or more side flanges, teeth or projections, a handle engaging portion or channel, one or more wheel assembly receiving portions, or one or more foot receiving portions. The Interlocking or mating portions are configured to matingly engage or abut corresponding portions of an adjacent container and at least partially restrict movement there between.
TUGGER AND RIDER CART ASSEMBLY
According to some embodiments, an improved tugger and rider cart assembly system is presented. The system comprising a tugger cart with a central space to receive a rider cart; the tugger cart having both front side and rear side pluralities of transport wheels approximately parallel to, but not touching, ground; a front side and a rear side loading wheel positioned closer to the ground than the transport wheels; a rider cart having a first wing and a second wing, both wings having a curved portion; and wherein the loading wheels and wing curved portions can be operatively connected to allow a user to move the rider cart onto the tugger cart thereby allowing the tugger cart to transport the rider cart.
Method and apparatus for coupling two wheeled vehicles
A method and apparatus are provided for coupling a first and second wheeled vehicle. The apparatus includes a first area with a stop to engage an undersurface of the first wheeled vehicle and a second area with spaced apart openings to receive wheels of the second vehicle. The apparatus also includes a hook member positioned between the first and second areas and including surfaces to engage a perimeter of the frame of the first wheeled vehicle. The method includes engaging a perimeter of the frame of the first wheeled vehicle with the hook member. The method further includes rotating the stop about an engagement point between the hook member and the frame of the first wheeled vehicle until the stop engages an undersurface of the frame. The method further includes positioning a pair of wheels of the second vehicle in the spaced apart openings.
AUTOMATIC GUIDED VEHICLE AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING AUTOMATIC GUIDED VEHICLE
An automatic guided vehicle according to one aspect of the present invention moves a trolley including a trolley body, wheels attached to the trolley body, and a section to be connected which is provided on the lower surface of the trolley body. The automatic guided vehicle is provided with: a vehicle body; drive wheels attached to the vehicle body; and a connection mechanism which is connected to the trolley, wherein the connection mechanism includes a connecting section disposed on an upper side of the upper surface of the vehicle body so as to be movable horizontally in a first direction, and includes a drive apparatus which moves the connecting section in the first direction and connects the connecting section to the section to be connected.
Workbench with dockable storage cart
An apparatus can include a workbench and a dockable cart. In an example, the apparatus can include a workbench frame including a first storage space and a docking area. A holding member can be coupled to the workbench frame to support the dockable cart using the workbench frame. The dockable cart can include a cart frame having a second storage space and a support element. In an example, the dockable cart can be moveable between a docked position and an undocked position. In the docked position, the support element can be engaged with the holding member to dock the dockable cart with the workbench frame including lifting the dockable cart. In the undocked position the dockable cart can be separated from the workbench.
FLOOR CLEANING SYSTEM
A floor cleaning system having a flat headed mop is provided. The system includes a bucket having a wringing assembly. A blade including a first angled portion is provided for that is adjacent a plurality of first openings for compressing the flat headed mop as it is inserted in the wringing assembly to remove dirt and debris accumulated during use. A second angled portion is provided for adjacent a plurality of second openings for compressing the flat headed mop as it is withdrawn from the wringing assembly.
Logistics system, an adaptor pallet and a load carrier
A logistics system, adaptor pallet and load carrier are proposed for transporting many load carriers at once. The novel logistics system includes at least one load carrier and an adaptor pallet for receiving a plurality of such load carriers. The adaptor pallet includes a detent, which has a deployed configuration, in which the detent is configured to prevent lateral movement of the at least one load carrier, and a released configuration, in which the detent is configured to allow lateral movement of the at least one load carrier. The logistics system also includes a locking interface having a first counterpart fixed to the adaptor pallet and a second counterpart provided to the at least one load carrier. The first and second counterpart have been configured to engage each other, when the at least one load carrier is in the transporting position on the adaptor pallet so as to prevent rotation movement of the at least one load carrier in respect to the adaptor pallet.
