STEERING-ANGLE CONTROL APPARATUS
A steering-angle control apparatus controls a steering mechanism based on a state command value, which is input in each predetermined period. An interpolation unit interpolates between a previous value and a current value of the input state command value to compute a state interpolation value in an interpolation period, which is shorter than the predetermined period. An interpolation-value determination unit determines whether the state interpolation value is an abnormal value. A control unit controls the steering mechanism based on the state interpolation value computed by the interpolation unit when the interpolation-value determination unit determines that the state interpolation value is not an abnormal value, and controls the steering mechanism based on the current value of the state command value when the interpolation-value determination unit determines that the state interpolation value is an abnormal value.

The steering seal diagnostic system also includes a sealed compartment containing at least a portion of the steering linkage. The steering seal diagnostic system further includes a pressure sensor positioned to detect an internal pressure within the sealed compartment over a range of travel of the steering linkage, wherein a pressure change lower than a pressure change threshold indicates a leak condition of the sealed compartment.
Steering apparatus
An object of the present invention is to provide a steering apparatus capable of improving a function of a bearing that supports a steering shaft. A steering apparatus includes a steering shaft, a first housing member, a second housing member, and a bearing. The steering shaft rotates according to a rotation of a steering wheel. The first housing member is located on one side in a rotational axial direction of the steering shaft, and includes a cylindrical portion and a flange portion. The cylindrical portion surrounds the steering shaft. The flange portion extends in a radial direction with respect to a rotational axis of the steering shaft to an outer side of the cylindrical portion in the radial direction. The second housing member is provided on the other side in the rotational axial direction, and forms a housing together with the first housing member. The second housing member includes a connection portion and a containing portion. The connection portion is connected to the flange portion of the first housing member. The containing portion contains a part of the steering shaft. The bearing is provided at a position that overlaps the flange portion in the rotational axial direction on an inner peripheral side of the cylindrical portion of the first housing member, and supports the steering shaft.

Drive device-integrated rotary electric machine and electric power steering device using same
The invention includes a first power supply connector, which connects a first inverter unit that supplies a drive current to a first three-phase winding of a rotary electric machine to a first vehicle power supply, and a second power supply connector, which connects a first second inverter unit that supplies a drive current to a second three-phase winding of the rotary electric machine to a second vehicle power supply, wherein a voltage of the first vehicle power supply is higher than a voltage of the second vehicle power supply, and a current capacity of the first power supply connector is smaller than a current capacity of the second power supply connector.
Signal control apparatus and electric power steering apparatus using same
An ECU, which is a signal control apparatus, has a plurality of control units, which control one same motor. Steering angle calculation units acquire sensor signals from the angle sensors provided corresponding to the steering angle calculation units, respectively, and calculate the steering angles in correspondence to the sensor signals. The angle FB units perform the angle FB control based on the angle differences, which are between the target angle and the steering angle and between the target angle and the steering angle, respectively. In the angular FB unit of at least one of the control units, the angular feedback control is performed using the angle difference, which is subjected to the correction processing to reduce the error between the detection angle of the own system and the detection angle of the other system calculated by the steering angle calculation unit of the other control unit.
Motor driving device and steering system
A control unit determines a presence or absence of a short-circuit failure with respect to a target switch which is a phase-opening switch to be determined. At this time, after opening all the phase opening switches, the control unit drives an inverter to connect a power supply line provided with the target switch among the phase opening switches to ground. The control unit determines that the target switch has a short-circuit failure when a voltage of the power supply line in which the target switch is not provided is smaller than a predetermined voltage.
Driving device
A driving device includes an electric motor, a rotating shaft, a motor housing, a printed circuit board, an electric power converting circuit, a rear frame end working as a heat radiating member, gel working as a heat transfer member, multiple mounted parts and so on. The heat radiating member is located on a side of the printed circuit board and facing a motor-side surface of the printed circuit board, to which multiple switching elements are mounted. The gel is plastically deformed and adhered to the switching elements and the heat radiating member for transferring heat of the switching elements to the heat radiating member. At least one of the mounted parts is mounted to the printed circuit board and located at a position between a through-hole opposing area and one of the switching elements, which is located at a position closest to a rotational angle sensor mounted to the printed circuit board in the through-hole opposing area.
STEERING CONTROL APPARATUS AND STEERING CONTROL METHOD
The present disclosure provides a steering control apparatus comprising: a first control unit for controlling a motor to supply a motor torque associated with steering on the basis of a value of a first steering torque; and a second control unit for mutually monitoring operation states with the first control unit via a communication interface and, when an abnormality occurs in the first control unit, controlling the motor, wherein, when the occurrence of an abnormality associated with the operation state of the first control unit is recognized, the second control unit determines whether or not the first control unit or the communication unit is abnormal, on the basis of a value of a second steering torque. According to the present disclosure, a redundant safety mechanism can be implemented without a separate change in a hardware design.
