The electronic power steering system comprises one or more computer-readable storage media, a processing system operatively coupled with the one or more computer-readable storage media, and program instructions stored on the one or more computer-readable storage media that, based on being read and executed by the processing system, direct the electronic power steering system to receive a maximum pressure value and a flow rate from the electric vehicle; convert the maximum pressure value and the flow rate into one or more power steering component settings; and send the one or more power steering component settings to one or more power steering components of the electric vehicle.
STEERING SYSTEM
A vehicle steering system for use in turning steerable vehicle wheels includes a steering column and a steering gear operably connected with the steering column. The steering gear turns the steerable vehicle wheels upon rotation of the steering column. A first control assembly is connected to the steering column. The first control assembly has a first motor operably connected to the steering column for applying a torque to the steering column. A second control assembly is connected to the steering column. The second control assembly has a second motor operably connected to the steering column for applying a torque to the steering column. he second control assembly directly communicates with the first control assembly. A vehicle controller is configured to communicate with the first and second control assemblies to autonomously steer the vehicle.
HYDRAULIC AUXILIARY AXLE STEERING CONTROL SYSTEM
A hydraulic auxiliary axle steering control system is provided. In detail, there is provided a hydraulic auxiliary axle steering control system that can perform quick, precise, and safe control by changing an auxiliary axle steering control angle in accordance with a vehicle speed to problems with instability of driving, wear of tires, and a turning radius when a vehicle is driven at a low speed.
Steering system
A steering system installed on a vehicle, including: a steering mechanism including a steering member and configured to enable a wheel to be steered in accordance with a movement of the steering member; an operation assist device configured to apply a torque to a steering shaft for assisting an operation of a steering operation member; a steering assist device configured to assist the movement of the steering member utilizing a working fluid; and a controller configured to control a torque applied to the steering shaft by the operation assist device and control a supply flow rate of the working fluid, wherein the steering assist device assists the movement of the steering member with an assist force that depends on the supply flow rate, and the controller increases the supply flow rate when an operation speed of the steering operation member becomes equal to or higher than a set threshold speed.
Rear steering hydraulic system
A hydraulic system for controlling a pair of steerable caster wheels includes a left steering command valve, a right steering command valve, and a rear steering control valve. A supply pressure fluid circuit interconnects a pressure source and the rear steering control valve. A command valve supply fluid circuit interconnects the rear steering control valve with both the right steering command valve and the left steering command valve. A left side steering fluid circuit interconnects a left side actuator and the left steering command valve. A right side steering fluid circuit interconnects a right side actuator and the right steering command valve. A fluidic tie rod fluid circuit interconnects both the left side actuator and the right side actuator with the rear steering control valve. A tank return fluid circuit interconnects the rear steering control valve, the left and right steering command valves, and a tank.
End-of-travel relief in a power steering system
An improved power steering assembly is provided. The power steering assembly includes an end-of-travel mechanism and a valve cartridge that is actuated by left and right actuator rings of the end-of-travel mechanism, the actuator rings extending partially around an output shaft. The actuator rings can be individually set for the desired end-of-travel relief to limit the maximum system pressure when the steering assembly approaches the desired axle stop setting. The valve cartridge provides an end-of-travel function and a pressure relief function and is in fluid communication with the left and right pressure chambers to recirculate hydraulic fluid in the event of a power off condition.
HYDRAULIC CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY OF AUTOMATIC STEERING SYSTEM FOR AGRICULTURAL MACHINE
Disclosed is a hydraulic control valve assembly of automatic steering system for agricultural machine including a proportional directional valve (3). A balancing valve (1) is arranged between the proportional directional valve (3) and the steering cylinder. A first shuttle valve (2) is arranged between the proportional directional valve (3) and the balancing valve (1). The first shuttle valve (2) is positioned on one side of the proportional directional valve (3). An overflow valve (4) is positioned on another side of the proportional directional valve (3). The overflow valve (4) is connected to a second shuttle valve (6) and a logic valve (5) respectively. The hydraulic control valve assembly has a large control power, a rapid response, and is more suitable for the autonomous navigation operation of agricultural machine. Moreover, the system saves more energy, such that the autonomous navigation operation of agricultural machine is more stable.

ADJUSTABLE STEERING STOP
An adjustable steering stop includes a chassis stop configured to be coupled to a chassis member of a vehicle and a knuckle stop configured to be coupled to a steering knuckle. The chassis stop and the knuckle stop together define a steering limit location where the knuckle stop contacts the chassis stop. The adjustable steering stop further includes an adjustment actuator coupled to one of the chassis stop or the knuckle stop to move the chassis stop or the knuckle stop thereby changing the steering limit location.
