Controller for a robotic device for applying an insulating layer

A robotic vehicle, in particular for spraying insulation material, comprises a chassis (110), at least two driven wheels (122) having a common axis of rotation, and a wheel connecting member (151) which connects the two wheels (122). The wheel connecting member (151) is connected to the chassis by a pivotal connection which allows the wheel connecting member to pivot with respect to the chassis about a pivoting axis transverse to the common axis of rotation of the wheels. The wheel connecting member (151) may be removably mounted to the chassis (110).

A synchronous steering vehicle body includes wheels, a cab and a steering mechanism for driving the wheels and the cab to synchronously steer, steering center axes of the wheels are vertical to rotation center axes of the wheels, and the wheels are vertical to the center of the horizontal ground to be concentric to the steering center axes of the wheels, and the steering motions of the wheels and the cab are kept synchronous. The disclosure provides a synchronous steering vehicle body capable of directly achieving the synchronous steering of the wheels and the cab.

Axle Support with Device for Positioning a Steering Gear
20200140008 · 2020-05-07 ·

The invention relates to an axle support, also referred to as a subframe, for a motor vehicle, having at least two longitudinal members, at least one cross member joining together the longitudinal members, at least two attachment points for attaching a steering gear housing to the axle support and a device for positioning the steering gear housing on the axle support prior to mounting of the steering gear housing on the axle support. In order for such an axle support to offer a cost-effective and rapid positioning of a steering gear housing, the device for positioning the steering gear housing according to the invention has at least two mounts, one mount of which being attached to one of the longitudinal members and/or the cross member and another mount of the mounts being attached to another of the longitudinal members and/or the cross member, wherein the respective mount has at least two indentations for receiving positioning protrusions provided on the steering gear housing.

METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR STEERING WHEEL ASSEMBLIES FOR CRANES
20200001918 · 2020-01-02 ·

A method for steering the wheel assemblies of a gantry crane, including the steps of beginning the steering of at least one wheel assembly in the desired direction; and setting the angular position of a moveable pointer indicating a theoretical position of the wheel assembly which is consistent with said desired direction. The following steps are also included: setting an increment value of the moveable pointer in a direction consistent with respect to the steering movement of the wheel assembly; calculating the angular difference between the angular position of the moveable pointer and the current position of the wheel assembly; andincreasing the increment value of the moveable pointer if the difference shows a decrease, or decreasing the increment value of the moveable pointer if the difference shows an increase.

Transport vehicle, method for receiving a load by means of a transport vehicle, and system comprising a transport vehicle and a load

A transport vehicle includes a base, wheels connected to the base, and load receiving elements. At least two of the wheels have a track width therebetween in each of a transverse drive and in a longitudinal drive. The track width in the longitudinal drive and the track width in the transverse drive are each variable. The transport vehicle is transports a load having a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction between the wheels. The transport vehicle is drivable both in the transverse drive and in the longitudinal drive.

Steering control system of a multi-unit vehicle
