VIBRATION REDUCTION OF HST CONTROL LEVER
A control lever of a working machine having a main operating frequency includes, a tube having a mass and a length extending from a first end to a second end. The tube defines a lumen extending from the second open end towards the first end of the tube. The control lever includes a rod having a predetermined mass and a length extending from a first end to a second end. The rod is fixed to the tube and is disposed in the lumen at a predetermined position with respect to the second end of the tube. In embodiments, the mass of the rod is determined based at least on the mass of the tube and the main operating frequency of the working machine, and the control lever has a natural frequency that is less than the main operating frequency of the working machine.
MOUNTING UNIT FOR MOUNTING A STEERING SHAFT IN AN ASSOCIATED MOUNTING SLEEVE AND STEERING COLUMN ASSEMBLY
The disclosure relates to a mounting unit for mounting a steering shaft in an associated mounting sleeve, which unit comprises a mounting body, at least two first mounting arms and at least two second mounting arms for radially supporting the mounting unit within the mounting sleeve. A roller bearing is provided on a radially inner side of the mounting body, the mounting body forming an outer ring of the roller bearing on which rolling elements roll. In addition, the disclosure relates to a steering column assembly in which a steering shaft is mounted radially within a mounting sleeve by such a mounting unit.
Rear steering assembly for a vehicle
A four-wheeled vehicle includes: a frame; two front suspension assemblies and two rear suspension assemblies connected to the frame; two front wheels operatively connected to corresponding ones of the two front suspension assemblies; two rear wheels operatively connected to corresponding ones of the two rear suspension assemblies; a motor connected to the frame; a front differential and a rear differential operatively connecting the motor to the two front wheels and the two rear wheels respectively; and a steering system. The steering system includes a front steering assembly for steering the front wheels and a rear steering assembly for steering the rear wheels. The front steering assembly includes a user-operated steering input device. The rear steering assembly includes an actuator operatively connected to the rear wheels and operable to modify a steering angle thereof. The actuator is mounted to the frame and is disposed completely rearward of the rear differential.
Trim lock and centering assembly with trim lock
A trim lock and a centering assembly that provides a centering force between a first portion of a system and a second portion of the system. The centering assembly includes a centering stabilizer that provides a centering force along an axial direction thereof, a trim lock configured and arranged to change a location of one axial end of the centering stabilizer, with respect to the second portion of the system, between an original location and an adjusted location, and to lock the axial end of the centering stabilizer at the adjusted location, a connecting unit for operatively connecting the trim lock with the centering stabilizer, and a mounting member for movably mounting the centering stabilizer with respect to the second portion of the system, wherein the mounting member permits axial movement of the centering stabilizer with respect to said second portion of the system.

Rear end steering and mounting system
A steering and suspension assembly for the rear wheels of an off-road vehicle includes: a) a first suspension component; b) a first steering component; c) a CV axle; d) a portal box assembly; e) a hydraulic steering assembly for moving the first steering component a distance effective to turn the vehicle at least 2° in either direction when the assembly is mounted to a wheel hub; f) a first suspension connection bracket for connecting the first suspension component to the rear wall of the portal box assembly; and g) a first steering connection bracket for connecting the first steering component to the rear wall of the portal box assembly. The portal box assembly includes: i) a housing having a rear wall, a front wall, and a side wall, wherein the rear wall includes a vehicle axle opening effective to receive the end of said CV axle, and wherein the front wall includes an output shaft opening effective to allow an output shaft to extend outward from the housing; ii) a linking mechanism housed in the housing and effective for linking a CV axle received in the vehicle axle opening to an output shaft; and iii) an output shaft operably connectable via the linking mechanism to the CV axle, and effective to rotate upon rotation of the stock axle.
Steering wheel assembly
The invention relates to a steering wheel assembly (10) comprising a steering wheel skeleton (12), an attachment component (14), a connection component (20) for fastening the attachment component (14) to the steering wheel skeleton (12), and a first resilient damping element (16) which couples the connection component (20) to the attachment component (14) so as to be able to oscillate, a second resilient damping element (18) being provided which couples the connection component (20) to the steering wheel assembly (12) so as to be able to oscillate.
VEHICLE WITH TILT FRAME AND SPRING DAMPER SYSTEM
A vehicle with a base frame to which at least two sprung suspensions, in particular sprung wheel suspensions, for driven, non-driven, steerable or non-steerable contact elements, for example wheels, are attached which can be steered by means of a steering knuckle and are located on both sides of the longitudinal direction of travel, in each case transversely to the direction of travel, a tilt frame, tiltable in a tilt axis with respect to the base frame. A steering tube is rotatably attached to the tilt frame in the steering axis and automatically tilts with the tilt frame, at least one track rod connected to the track rod actuating element, and a linear or rotary track rod actuating element rotatable over a guide element. The track rod actuating element is displaced by tilting the tilt frame about the tilt axis and independently thereof by rotating the steering tube about the steering axis in such a way that the steerable contact element is given a steering movement by the track rod actuating element by means of the at least one track rod and no substantial change in the camber of the contact elements takes place during cornering, wherein the vehicle comprises at least one spring damper system which is suitable and provided for reducing a pendulum tilt of a tilt frame about the vertical zero position.
