VEHICLE LOWER PORTION STRUCTURE
A vehicle lower portion structure includes: framework members including a pair of first framework members respectively disposed at a left side and a right side in a vehicle width direction, and extending in a vehicle front-rear direction; a battery pack disposed between the first framework members; a connecting member that extends from the battery pack to at least one side in the vehicle front-rear direction, the connecting member connecting the battery pack with the framework members at the one side in the vehicle front-rear direction relative to the battery pack; and an electronic device installed at the connecting member.
Towing hook attachment structure
A first crossmember is divided into a right crossmember and a left crossmember. A right fastened portion of a towing hook is inserted into the right crossmember, and a bolt is fastened by being passed through a bolt insertion hole of the right crossmember and a bolt insertion hole of the right fastened portion of the towing hook. A left fastened portion of the towing hook is inserted into the left crossmember, and a bolt is fastened by being passed through a bolt insertion hole of the left crossmember and a bolt insertion hole of the left fastened portion of the towing hook. Hereby, the attachment strength of the towing hook can be secured sufficiently, and even in a case where an input at the time of towing of a vehicle is excessive, the towing can be performed successfully.
CHASSIS FRAME MODULE FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLE
A chassis frame module for an electric vehicle may include: a main frame; a front frame connected to the front of the main frame; and a rear frame connected to the rear of the main frame. The front frame may include: a first front frame disposed at the front of the main frame; a second front frame extending from the first front frame toward the main frame; and a front joint part configured to connect the main frame and the second front frame.
Vehicle body rear structure
A vehicle body rear structure includes: left and right rear side frames extending in a fore-and-aft direction in a rear part of a vehicle; a rear subframe attached to the rear side frames; left and right rear wheels supported by the rear subframe via respective suspensions; and a driving source mounted to the rear subframe. The driving source is arranged such that a center of gravity thereof is positioned more rearward than a rotation axis of the rear wheels. The rear subframe includes left and right rear subframe longitudinal members extending in the fore-and-aft direction and a rear subframe cross member extending laterally and joined to the rear subframe longitudinal members. The rear subframe cross member includes a protrusion that protrudes rearward at a laterally central part thereof. A rear end of the protrusion is positioned more rearward than a rear end of the driving source.
VEHICLE BASE STRUCTURE
A vehicle base structure includes first and second structural members extending along a vehicle front-rear direction and disposed respectively at first and second sides of a vehicle base in a vehicle width direction, a battery unit disposed between the first and second structural members, and a bracket including a first wall portion fixed to a lower surface of one of the first and second structural members, a second wall portion extending inward in the vehicle width direction from an inner end portion of the first wall portion and inclined downward in a vehicle-height direction from the inner end portion of the first wall portion, and a third wall portion extending inward in the vehicle width direction from an inner end portion of the second wall portion inward in the vehicle width direction and being fixed to a lower surface of a battery case.
Integrated frame and battery pack structure for electric vehicles
Integrated frame and battery pack structure for electric vehicles are disclosed. An example electric vehicle includes a frame of the electric vehicle to which a body of the electric vehicle is coupled, the frame including longitudinal frame rails, a mid-section of the frame not including frame cross-members. The example electric vehicle includes a battery pack mounted in the mid-section of the frame, the battery pack including battery pack cross-members, each of the battery pack cross-members connected to a top surface of the longitudinal frame rails and a bottom surface of the longitudinal frame rails.
Vehicle frame for electric vehicle
An electric-vehicle frame includes a mid-section and an end section. The mid-section has first and second frame rails spaced from each other by a first distance along a cross-vehicle axis defining a battery compartment therebetween. The end-section has first and second frame rails spaced from each other by a second distance along the cross-vehicle axis smaller than the first distance. A first connector is fixed to the first frame rail of the mid-section and to the first frame rail of the end-section. A second connector is fixed to the second frame rail of the mid-section and to the second frame rail of the end-section.
