UNIBODY REFUSE VEHICLE
A refuse vehicle includes a frame structure, one or more axle assemblies, a body, one or more cab supports, a plurality of brackets, and a battery frame. The one or more axle assemblies are coupled to the frame structure and extend laterally from the frame structure. The body is coupled to the frame structure and extends along at least a portion of a length of the frame structure. The body includes an upper section, a middle section, and a lower section. The one or more cab supports extend along the length of the frame structure and are configured to receive a cab of the refuse vehicle. The plurality of brackets are fixedly coupled to the frame structure and the body. The body and the battery frame cooperatively define a unitary body.
Modular reconfigurable vehicle frame system
A modular, reconfigurable frame that can be combined into multiple standardized segments to create different core vehicle configurations is described herein. The frame includes a plurality of components that affix together universally to make multiple versions of cycle, vehicle, and airframe styles. The reconfigurable frame includes a quick pin and fastener that allows for transportation platforms to be incorporated into the frame in a modular fashion.

SUSPENSION MEMBER
A suspension member includes a cross member and front body mounts. The cross member includes a main panel including a lower panel and an upper panel joined together, and a reinforcing panel joined to the main panel. The cross member is a member including a front wall, an upper wall, a rear wall, and a lower wall, and having a closed sectional shape defined by the front wall, the upper wall, the rear wall, and the lower wall. The reinforcing panel includes a lower flange constituting a front portion of the lower wall, and an intermediate wall extending upward from a rear end of the lower flange and joined to the upper wall. On opposite sides of the cross member in a vehicle-width direction, bottom walls of the front body mounts are joined to the flange, and side walls of the front body mounts are joined to the main panel.

Vehicle frame structure
A vehicle frame structure includes a pair of side rails extending along the length of a vehicle, and outriggers coupled to the side rails, respectively, to protrude further outward in the vehicle width direction with respect to the corresponding side rails. The outrigger includes a cab mounting bracket joined to the side rail. The cab mounting bracket includes a rear end side that is inclined inward in the vehicle width direction as it goes rearward. The cab mounting bracket further includes, in the middle of the rear end, a bent portion which is bent to have a convex shape toward the front of the vehicle.
Body mount
A body mount comprises a first support member defining a first support surface adapted to engage a body of a vehicle. A second support member includes a second support surface adapted to engage a frame of the vehicle. A connector member is positioned between a cover and the second support member. The connector member includes a channel support including a channel having an inlet and an outlet. A central member is fixed to the first support member and moveable relative to the second support member. The cover and the connector member define a first chamber. The connector member and the second support member define a second chamber. The chambers are fluidly connected via the channel. The channel circumferentially extends about the central member. Movement between the central member and the second support member causes fluid to travel through the inlet, channel, and outlet to transfer fluid between the chambers.

Body mount bracket for vehicle
A body mount bracket that is joined to a body mount fixed to a frame is provided at a bottom of a body. The body mount bracket has: a boss that is penetrated by a body fastening bolt of the body mount; and a longitudinal rib that extends from the boss in a longitudinal direction of the body mount bracket. The longitudinal rib is provided with a notch near the boss. When receiving a collision load, the body mount bracket is fractured at a position of the notch.
