Front pillar substructure
A front pillar substructure that enables reduction in deformation of a front pillar. One embodiment of the present disclosure provides a front pillar substructure including a front pillar, and a rocker being joined to the front pillar. The front pillar includes an inner panel located inside with respect to the rocker, and an outer panel arranged so as to interpose the rocker between the inner panel and the outer panel. The outer panel includes an upper panel, and a lower panel overlapped with and joined to the upper panel, the lower panel extending downward with respect to the upper panel. The upper panel or the lower panel includes a bent section bending in the width direction when viewed from the front-rear direction, the bent section being located inside with respect to a joint region where the upper panel and the lower panel are joined.
Rear vehicle-body structure of vehicle
A rear vehicle-body structure for suppressing deformation of a corner portion of a lift gate opening is provided, including a pair of left and right inner wheel wells having damper supports; and a framework member on a rear side of the inner wheel wells forming an opening edge of a back door opening. The framework member includes a header extending in a vehicle width direction forming an upper end edge of the back door opening; and pillars extending from the header to a vehicle lower side via corner portions of the back door opening. A pair of gussets connect rear portions of the inner wheel wells and the pillars to each other; a pair of connecting members connect the rear portions of the inner wheel wells and places near the corner portions to each other; and the gussets and the connecting members are joined at places near the damper supports.

THREE DIMENSIONAL BACKUP STRUCTURE JOINT SYSTEM FOR BATTERY ELECTRIC VEHICLES
A structural assembly for use in an electric vehicle having a lower body frame and a battery pack secured within the lower body frame. The structural assembly includes a subframe rear mount, a battery cage longitudinal member, a rocker, a hinge pillar, and a rail torque unit. The battery cage longitudinal member is secured to the subframe rear mount. The rocker extends along and is secured to the battery cage longitudinal member. The hinge pillar includes a lower portion that is secured to the rocker. The rail torque includes an s-brace and an inner rail. The s-brace is secured to the hinge pillar at one end and to the inner rail at another end. The inner rail is secured to the hinge pillar at one end and is configured to extend around a wheel of the electric vehicle and form a portion of a wheel well.
BOLT-ON FRONT BOLSTER FOR INTERMODAL CHASSIS
A front bolster and frame connection system for an intermodal chassis including a front bolster, a front gooseneck frame extending from the intermodal chassis having beams, mounting tabs attached to the front bolster, mounting tabs attached to the front gooseneck frame, a front gooseneck frame mounting plate welded to the end of the front end of the front gooseneck frame, and angle braces attached to the mounting tabs. The angle braces connect the bolt on front bolster and the front gooseneck frame. A retrofit kit and an alternate embodiment are also provided. The bolt on front bolster design of the present invention requires minimal cutting or grinding to remove and minimal welding to replace. The bolt on front bolster adds considerable value to operators in the intermodal market by facilitating service and eliminating chronic issues.

Clamshell structural reinforcement
A structural reinforcement, utilized to reinforce a structural joint of a vehicle, and method of reinforcing a structural joint of a vehicle. The structural reinforcement having a clamshell structure comprising two complimentary halves. The structural reinforcement further comprising an activatable composition.
Vehicle frame structure
A vehicle frame structure includes a pair of rear side members extending along a length of a vehicle in a lower part of the vehicle, and a first cross member coupling the pair of rear side members. The first cross member includes an intermediate member and a pair of coupling members. The intermediate member extends along a width of the vehicle at a location further downward with respect to the rear side members and is located under a motor unit. The pair of coupling members respectively extend downward or diagonally downward from the respective side members toward the opposite ends of the intermediate member.
VEHICLE BODY STRUCTURE FOR SUSPENSION MOUNTING
A vehicle body structure for suspension mounting includes a cross-sectional structure and a connecting structure of a vehicle body on which a rear suspension is mounted that exhibits vehicle body strength with a reduced number of components. A mounting panel is provided on a wheel housing panel and has a plurality of mounting holes through which a top portion of a suspension extends so as to be mounted on the mounting panel. A reinforcing unit is provided in the mounting panel and has a shape of a ring surrounding the mounting holes.
VEHICLE CARGO STRUCTURE
A vehicle cargo structure includes a reinforcement panel, an upright strut member having an upper end, a front wall structure having an attachment bracket fixed to an outboard upper end of the front wall structure and a bracket.
