Vehicular body structure
A vehicular body structure includes a polymeric deck panel. The deck panel includes adjacent ridges and valleys with legs shared therebetween, crossbeam footprints crosswise to the adjacent ridges and valleys, and ribs extending along the adjacent ridges and valleys between the crossbeam footprints and ending short thereof. The ribs project normally to the deck panel past the ridges, and have elongate cross-sectional shapes, with cross-sectional thicknesses substantially the same as or greater than the cross-sectional thicknesses of the adjacent ridges and valleys.
Structural reinforcement member for a vehicle body
A vehicle body includes a structural member having an inner surface defining an elongated cavity. The structural member includes an outer panel member joined to an inner panel member. A reinforcement member is positioned in the cavity wherein a gap is provided between the reinforcement member and the inner surface of the structural member. The reinforcement member includes an outer section, an inner section and a tension web interposed between and contacting the outer section and inner section. The outer section faces the outer panel member and the inner section faces the inner panel member. The tension web is secured to the outer panel member and inner panel member. An adhesive secured to the reinforcement member is activatable to expand toward the inner surface of the structural member to define a joint between the reinforcement member and the structural member and to at least partially fill the gap.
Polymeric vehicle floor
A vehicle includes a floor including a top panel and a bottom panel defining a cavity therebetween. At least one of the top panel and the bottom panel includes a polymeric material. A passenger-climate-control duct is disposed in the cavity and is integral with the at least one of the top panel and the bottom panel.

BACKDOOR AND REAR GLASS
A backdoor includes a resin outer panel having an opening; a resin inner panel; a metal reinforcement arranged between the outer panel and the inner panel; and a rear glass covering the opening. The rear glass includes a defogger, and an antenna conductor capable of receiving radio waves in an AM band. The antenna conductor includes a power feeding part, and an antenna element having a predetermined length and connected to the power feeding part. The antenna element includes a proximity part extending along an outer edge among upper, lower, left, and right outer edges of the defogger, and having a predetermined spacing from the outer edge. The antenna element is positioned to be separated from the reinforcement by a predetermined spacing, or positioned on a side with respect to the outer edge where the reinforcement is not present in plan view of the rear glass.

Vehicle having reinforcement assemblies
A vehicle includes a vehicle body and a reinforcement assembly. The vehicle body has first inner and outer walls that define a cavity and second inner and outer curved walls that define another cavity. The reinforcement assembly includes a plurality of inserts. One insert of the plurality of inserts is at least partially disposed in the cavity defined by the first inner and outer walls and another insert of the plurality of inserts is at least partially disposed in the another cavity defined by the second inner and outer curved walls.

VEHICULAR BODY STRUCTURAL ARRANGEMENTS
A vehicular body structural arrangement includes a unitarily-formed polymeric bed box including a bulkhead panel, an elongate reinforcement including a spine, and a row of rivet nuts securing the reinforcement to the bulkhead panel. The reinforcement is backed against the bulkhead panel from outside the bed box. The rivet nuts are installed to the bulkhead panel against the reinforcement facing inside the bed box.

The extension portion extends from the flat portion. A floor panel structure for a vehicle is also provided that includes a metal sheet and an access panel. The metal sheet includes an aperture. The access panel includes a dome portion, a flat portion, and an extension portion. The access panel is coupled to the metal sheet over the aperture, and the flat portion and the extension portion are configured to transmit a downward force applied to the access panel to the metal sheet.
