Adjustable Bedslide Deck

An adjustable bedslide assembly is provided. The adjustable bedslide assembly sets onto a cargo box of a pickup truck and is extendable and retractable relative to the cargo box. The adjustable bedslide assembly includes a deck assembly and a frame assembly. The frame assembly is composed of a first frame section and a second frame section. The first frame section is configured to attach to the cargo box while the second frame section attaches to the deck assembly. The first deck portion is engageable with the second deck portion so the deck assembly is adjustably sizable to fit within the dimensions of the cargo box.

Low Profile Bedslide Load Bar Assembly

A low profile load bar assembly for a bedslide assembly is provided. The bedslide includes a deck, at least one longitudinally extending track, at least one low profile load bar assembly, and a load bar track. The at least one low profile load bar assembly is movably positionable on the at least one longitudinally extending track. The at least one low profile load bar assembly includes at least one low profile sliding standoff movably coupled to the at least one longitudinally extending track. The at least one low profile sliding standoff includes a load bar support that extends from the connector flange adjacent the deck. The load bar support is located adjacent to the at least one longitudinally extending track. The load bar support includes a load bar opening sized and configured to receive the load bar track, and the load bar track is located adjacent to the deck.

Low Profile Bedslide Load Bar Assembly

A low profile load bar assembly for a bedslide assembly is provided. The bedslide includes a deck, at least one longitudinally extending track, at least one low profile load bar assembly, and a load bar track. The at least one low profile load bar assembly is movably positionable on the at least one longitudinally extending track. The at least one low profile load bar assembly includes at least one low profile sliding standoff movably coupled to the at least one longitudinally extending track. The at least one low profile sliding standoff includes a load bar support that extends from the connector flange adjacent the deck. The load bar support is located adjacent to the at least one longitudinally extending track. The load bar support includes a load bar opening sized and configured to receive the load bar track, and the load bar track is located adjacent to the deck.

A system for connecting an actuator between a dump body and a chassis of a truck includes a cradle assembly for connecting the actuator to the chassis, and a hoist bracket assembly for connecting the actuator to the dump body. At least one of the cradle assembly and the hoist bracket assembly includes a set of bushings for receiving the actuator therebetween and for connecting the actuator to the at least one of the cradle assembly and the hoist bracket assembly. The set of bushings is selected based on the actuator to be connected to the at least one of the cradle assembly and the hoist bracket assembly. Methods for connecting an actuator between a dump body and a chassis of a truck are also provided. A hinge assembly for pivotally connecting a dump body to a chassis of a truck is also provided.

SELECTIVELY PIVOTABLE MID-GATE FOR A VEHICLE

A selectively pivotable mid-gate for a vehicle includes a first mid-gate member pivotally mounted to the vehicle through a hinge member and a second mid-gate member is pivotally mounted to the vehicle and the first mid-gate member through the hinge member. A latch system is operatively connected to the first mid-gate member and the second mid-gate member. The latch system is selectively operable to release the first mid-gate member to rotate in a first direction and to release the first mid-gate member and the second mid-gate member to rotate in a second direction that is opposite the first direction.

A selectively pivotable mid-gate for a vehicle includes a first mid-gate member pivotally mounted to the vehicle through a hinge member and a second mid-gate member is pivotally mounted to the vehicle and the first mid-gate member through the hinge member. A latch system is operatively connected to the first mid-gate member and the second mid-gate member. The latch system is selectively operable to release the first mid-gate member to rotate in a first direction and to release the first mid-gate member and the second mid-gate member to rotate in a second direction that is opposite the first direction.

An apparatus for extending a vehicle bed includes a tailgate for raising and lowering relative to the vehicle bed. The tailgate includes a retractable member adapted for extending vertically from the tailgate when lowered, and also for extending horizontally from the tailgate to form a handle. A ladder supported by the tailgate is adapted for moving from a lowered position for use in stepping into the vehicle bed using the handle to a raised position for connecting with the retractable member when oriented vertically from the tailgate, thus extending the effective length of the vehicle bed.

A first crossbeam is connected to the first rail at a first pivot connection. The first crossbeam can be selectively rotated about the first pivot connection from a first position that is parallel to the first rail, to a second position that is perpendicular to the first rail. Also, a second crossbeam is connected to the first rail at a second pivot connection. The second crossbeam can be selectively rotated about the second pivot connection from a first position that is parallel to the second rail to a second position that is perpendicular to the second rail.
