Storage tunnel assembly for the bed of a pickup truck or other vehicle
A storage tunnel assembly for the bed of a pickup truck or other vehicle. The storage tunnel assembly generally includes a deployable vertical wall separated from a bulkhead of the bed and disposed across a width of the bed and a deployable cover separated from a floor of the bed between the vertical wall and the bulkhead and disposed across the width of the bed. The vertical wall, the cover, the bulkhead, and the floor define a storage space within a space defined by the bed. The vertical wall and the cover may be fixed components, separate components, and/or hinged components in various assemblies. One or both side walls of the bed define a storage tunnel access opening coincident with the storage space defined by the vertical wall, the cover, the bulkhead, and the floor and may include a door adapted to selectively open and close the associated storage tunnel access opening.

Adjustable-height inserts and related methods
A two-part adjustable-height insert may be installed in a bore of a sandwich panel, such that the adjustable-height insert may be configured to transfer a load to the sandwich panel. The adjustable-height insert may include a first insert part and a second insert part that may be selectively operatively positioned with respect to each other. The adjustable-height insert may be configured such that an interference fit between the first insert part and the second insert part may be engaged by moving a second flange of the second insert part towards a first flange of the first insert part, which may thereby reduce the overall height of the adjustable-height insert to a selected height. Presently disclosed adjustable-height inserts may be configured for flush installation in a sandwich panel. Methods of installing such adjustable-height inserts and adjusting the height of the same are also disclosed.

Transport vehicle with an expandable cargo bay
A transport vehicle with an expandable cargo bay including a transport vehicle assembly with a cargo housing assembly mounted on the rear side of the transport vehicle assembly and an expandable container assembly. Transport vehicle assembly includes a panel control to control a hydraulic actuator. Cargo housing assembly includes a cargo housing with a hollow housing side having slidable panels attached through fastener and guide rails thereof to be propelled by hydraulic actuators wherein slidable panels have height panels with same mechanism. Expandable containers assembly includes expandable container members located below a cargo housing to be extended outwardly by a hydraulic actuator. Expandable container members include hydraulic actuators and guide rails with fasteners rails attached on internal sides of expandable containers and inside thereof through apertures to extend protruding portions and slidable portions.

Cargo bed extension system
A cargo bed extension system includes a tub of a cargo bed. The tub is configured to transition back-and-forth between a standard position and an extended position. The tub is closer to a cab of a vehicle when the tub is in the standard position than when the tub is in the extended position. A panel is oriented vertically when the tub is in the standard position and is oriented horizontally when the tub is in the extended position. The panel provides a floor section between the cab and the tub when the tub is in the extended position.
