Adjustable wheel cradle for maintaining bicycles in an upright position
A wheel cradle (100) for bicycles that can be quickly and easily adjusted to accommodate bicycle tires of varying width. The wheel cradle (100) includes a first side panel (140) and a second side panel (140), each attached to a base (110), each oriented substantially parallel to a longitudinal axis, and each extending substantially vertically. An adjustment device (150) is configured to variably adjust the first side panel (140) and/or the second side panel (140) in a direction substantially parallel to the transverse axis to seat the bicycle wheel. The wheel cradle (100) is especially well-suited for combined use in a rack to park multiple bicycles, the rack easily breaking down for compact transport and storage.

Reconfigurable Arm for a Bicycle Rack
A bicycle rack is described with a platform for supporting a bicycle and an arm for securing the bicycle to the platform. The arm rotates or pivots from a closed position adjacent to the platform, to an open position to allow the loading of a bicycle. The arm may also be pivoted past the horizontal to an over-center position and further past horizontal to a lowered position. The arm may be provided with a latch mechanism to limit the rotation of the arm in certain ranges of rotation. The arm may also be provided with an actuator to power the movement of the arm in certain ranges of rotation.

Bicycle mounting device
A bicycle mounting device for storing and transporting a bicycle in a horizontal or vertical orientation. The mounting device includes a frame formed by a pair of longitudinal members and a first and second lateral member each affixed at opposing ends thereof. A sliding bicycle support is operably connected to the pair of longitudinal members and can receive the bicycle in a horizontal orientation. In some embodiments, the first end of the frame is raised relative to the second end thereof. In use, the device is placed in a trunk of a vehicle and the horizontally oriented bicycle is placed on the sliding support. The bicycle can then be pushed into the trunk by the sliding support moving from the first to the second end of the frame. The pair of longitudinal members form a gap to receive a tire of the bicycle when stored in the vertical orientation.

COLLAPSIBLE TIRE TREAD COVER
A tire tread cover for use with a vehicle wheel having a rim, a hub, and an opening between the rim and the hub. In one embodiment, the tire tread cover includes a flexible body and an attachment portion that extends from the body portion. The flexible body has a shape configured to cover a portion of a tire tread. The attachment portion is configured to (a) insert into the opening of the wheel and (b) engage the rim within the opening to hold the flexible body against the portion of the tire tread.

Motorcycle Securing Assembly
A motorcycle securing assembly includes a first clamp which is fixedly mounted to a lift platform. A locking unit is attached to the lift platform and the locking unit is spaced from the first clamp on the lift platform. The locking unit is actuatable in a first condition having the locking unit travelling toward the first clamp. Conversely, the locking unit is actuatable in a second condition has the locking unit travelling away from the first clamp. A second clamp is coupled to the locking unit. The second clamp moves toward the first clamp when the locking unit is actuated into the first condition to compress a front tire of a motorcycle between the first clamp and the second clamp to secure the motorcycle on the lift platform.
BICYCLE RACK
A bicycle rack system to hold a bicycle including a structural member, a swing arm and a plurality of wheel cradles. The swing arm is pivotally coupled to the structural member. The plurality of wheel cradles each have a shape to accommodate a shape of a wheel of the bicycle, and include a first wheel cradle and a second wheel cradle. The first wheel cradle is secured to a distal end of the swing arm, and the second wheel cradle is coupled to the structural member.
