Electric vehicle with one or more cameras
An electric vehicle includes a steering element that can include a handle bar element. A platform supports a ride of the electric vehicle. At least one front wheel and at least one rear wheel are included and coupled to the platform. An electric motor provides a mechanical power to at least one of the front and rear wheels. A battery housing removably receives and holds one or more battery packs, where the one or more battery packs are configured to power the electric vehicle. A camera is included.
Battery assembly
A battery assembly includes a battery holding unit and a battery unit removably held by the battery holding unit. The battery unit includes a battery, a first engaging portion and a second engaging portion disposed on an end portion of the battery. The battery holding unit includes a holding member selectively engaging with the first engaging portion or the second engaging portion to hold the battery unit at a first position or a second position. When the holding member and the first engaging portion relatively move away from each other, the battery unit moves from the first position to the second position at which the holding member engages with the second engaging portion, and the second engaging portion is allowed to rotate along a surface of the end portion to disengage from the holding member and to remove the battery unit from the battery holding unit.
3-position battery latching system
An ebike includes a front wheel, a rear wheel, a frame assembly supported on the front wheel and the rear wheel, a battery, and a battery latching assembly to secure the battery to the frame assembly. The battery latching assembly includes a latch member movable among (1) a secured position in which the latch member is configured to secure the battery in a fully mounted position, (2) an open position in which the latch member is configured to maintain the battery in a partially mounted position, and (3) a released position in which the latch member is configured to release the battery. The battery latching assembly also includes a release member coupled to the latch member and movable among (1) a first position in which the latch member is maintained in the secured position, (2) a second position in which the latch member is maintained in the open position and (3) a third position in which the latch member is maintained in the release position.
HOLDING DEVICE FOR RELEASABLY SUPPORTING AN ENERGY STORE ON A FRAME, IN PARTICULAR, ON A BICYCLE FRAME
A holding device for releasably supporting an energy store, in particular, an energy store for a bicycle, on a frame, in particular, on a bicycle frame. The holding device includes at least one locking unit, which is intended, in a locked state, for axially fixing the energy store in position and releasably locking it. The locking unit includes at least one first locking element and at least one second locking element corresponding to the first locking element.
HOLDING DEVICE FOR RELEASABLY HOLDING AN ACCUMULATOR AT A FRAME
A holding device for releasably holding an accumulator, in particular, a bicycle accumulator, at a frame, in particular, at a bicycle frame. The holding device includes at least one carrier unit for at least partially receiving and/or guiding the accumulator. The holding device also includes at least one locking unit situated at the carrier unit, in particular, at least mostly within the frame, for releasably, in particular, axially fixing the accumulator at the carrier unit on one side.
MOTORCYCLE FAIRING AND DASH COVER
This present invention relates to a weatherproof and stretchable cover for a portion of a motorcycle. One variant of the cover protects both the fairing and dashboard of the motorcycle. The cover has an elastic band positioned along the periphery of an opening in the cover to form a front surface which encloses the front fairing and dashboard along with turning lights and headlamp when the elastic band is stretched. The elastic band securely attaches to the edges of the fairing and dashboard for a secure and tight fit. An exterior surface of the cover may have any logo or trademark for advertising purpose, and the cover prevents the portion of the motorcycle covered thereby from exposure to harmful UV rays, inclement weather and tampering.
UNIVERSAL BATTERY PACK WITH LOAD BALANCING FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLES
A universal battery is provided with load balancing and a battery module and an energy storage system electrically coupled to the battery module and configured to bidirectionally transfer energy from and to the battery module. The energy storage system is operable in a first operating state in which the energy is transferred from the energy storage system to the battery module to charge the battery module, and a second operating state in which the energy is transferred from the battery module to the energy storage system to discharge the battery module. An electrical connection electrically couples the energy storage system to a power source. A controller is operably coupled to the battery module and the energy storage system. The controller is configured to control a charging state of the battery module.
METHOD OF OPERATING A VEHICLE LOCK
Disclosed is a method of opening a vehicle lock having a locking mechanism, including the following steps: transferring a blocking element of a blocking device by means of an actuator from a blocking position into a release position, wherein the blocking element blocks the actuation of the locking mechanism in the blocking position and releases the actuation of the locking mechanism in the release position; manually actuating an actuation element arranged at the lock; and transferring the actuation element from a passive state to an active state, wherein a latch of the locking mechanism is transferred from a latched position into an unlatched position by transferring the actuation element from the passive state to the active state, wherein the latch prevents a removal of a counter-piece from the lock in the latched position and allows a removal of the counter-piece from the lock in the unlatched position.
LOCK SYSTEM
A lock system for securing a battery of a vehicle operable by muscle power and/or motor power, in particular an electric bicycle. The lock system includes: a deadbolt which is pivotable about a bolt axis, a lock cylinder which is configured to actuate the deadbolt, and a lifting element which is coupled to the lock cylinder, the lock cylinder being movable into a holding position and into a release position, the lock cylinder in the holding position preventing a removal of the battery in a removal direction, and in the release position allowing the removal of the battery. The lifting element is configured to move the battery in the removal direction when the deadbolt is moved from the holding position into the release position.
Bicycle Anti-theft Apparatus and System Combined With Bottle Holder
An apparatus that attaches to a bicycle, that is capable of detecting signs of an attempted theft, and of reporting this to users via their mobile phone, to aid in catching or chasing away a thief before they can steal the bicycle. The device is also capable of reporting its location in real time to the owner in a similar manner, to aid in catching the thief and recovering the bicycle. The device also incorporates the function of a “bottle cage” for holding a bottle of liquid to refresh the rider.
