ELECTRONIC TWO-WHEELER LOCK
An electronic two-wheeler lock includes a latch element movable between an open position and a closed position, a blocking mechanism that blocks the latch element in a latched state against departing from the closed position and releases it for a departure from the closed position in an unlatched state, an electric drive unit configured to move the blocking mechanism into the unlatched state, and a control unit configured to control the drive unit. The two-wheeler lock has a modular structure and includes a drive module and a communication unit, with the drive module including a module housing in which at least the blocking mechanism, the drive unit, and the control unit are received. The control unit is configured to receive control signals from the communication unit in encrypted form and to control the drive unit in response to the control signals.
CYCLE LOCK SYSTEM AND METHOD
Systems and methods are provided for locking a cycle. A clutch system of the cycle includes a forward lock system configured to alternatively prevent or allow operation of the cycle in a forward direction. A shaft extends through the clutch system. An actuator is configured to move the forward lock system along the shaft between a lock position and a free position. A controller is configured to shift the actuator, via a signal from a processor, between the lock position and the free position. The cycle is configured to be locked against forward operation by the clutch system.

MULTIPLE RIDER DETECTION SYSTEM
The present application describes systems and methods for detecting more than a predetermined number of riders on a vehicle. Embodiments may either infer or directly measure the mass of the user and the vehicle using one or more sensors on the vehicle to calculate the mass using a microprocessor coupled to the one or more sensors. The system and methods may take various steps to encourage riders to dismount the vehicle if the total number of riders, determined by weight, exceeds the allowed number.
ARTICLE USE CONTROL METHOD, DEVICE AND SYSTEM, ARTICLE AND SERVER
Disclosed are an article use control method, device and system and an article. The article use control method includes: providing an article in an available state, the article having a unique article identifier; when detecting an event that the article is used by a user, starting up a timer to count down to wait for an article use authentication result based on the article identifier and a user identifier of the user who uses the article, the user identifier uniquely identifying the user; and when the article use authentication result is not acquired or the authentication is failed before the countdown ends, changing the article from the available state to a disabled state. According to the present invention, a user can use an article before performing an authentication operation. Moreover, during the use of the article by the user, article use authentication is completed in a user-unperceivable manner. The user experience is improved.

ELECTRIC BICYCLE, IMMOBILIZER FOR AN ELECTRIC BICYCLE AND METHOD FOR OPERATING AN ELECTRIC BICYCLE
An electric bicycle has an electric motor and an electric energy store for supplying energy to the electric motor. Accordingly, the bicycle has a first controller coupled to the electric motor and is configured to store a first keycode. The bicycle has a second controller coupled to the energy store and is configured to store a second keycode. The controllers are connected or can be connected to a data transmission system, which is a bus. The first and second controllers are configured such that at least one specified controller of the controllers receives the keycode of the other controller. The specified controller is configured to determine whether its keycode matches the received keycode of the other controller using specified criteria. An immobilizer for an electric bicycle can be formed from these components.

SCOOTER HANDLE WITH FINGERPRINT IDENTIFICATION MODULE
The present invention provides a scooter handle having a fingerprint identification module. The scooter handle having a fingerprint identification module includes: an inner tube, an outer tube, and a fingerprint identification module. After collecting and determining a fingerprint of a user, the fingerprint identification module drives an electromagnetic module in the inner tube to engage the inner tube with the outer tube, so that the outer tube and the inner tube are interlocked.
ENGINE STARTING DEVICE
An engine starting device includes: a portable unit including a transmitting unit capable of transmitting an ID code inherent to a vehicle; a control unit having a substrate on which a receiving unit receiving the ID code, and a determination unit configured to determine whether the received ID code is a pre-registered legitimate ID are formed; a main body part including an operation knob rotationally operated between an off position and an on position, and fixed between a bar-shaped handle and a speed meter of the vehicle; and a regulation unit configured to regulate a rotational operation of the operation knob, and to release a rotation-regulated state of the operation knob on condition that the received ID code is determined as a legitimate ID. The main body part, the control unit and the regulation unit are integrally formed to configure an integral unit.
