The first stopper has a second sliding groove at a non-parallel angle to the first sliding groove. The first pin is slidably received in the first and second sliding grooves.

One or more mating arms and diverse attachment points allow the connection of equipment holders on one or more sides of the rear wheel. An object of the invention is to leverage the stability of a bike's central frame through a single attachment when storing items on a bicycle. Another object of the invention is to allow a user to attach a rack in a multitude of locations on a bicycle frame without compromising bicycle functions
