An electric Vehicle (EV) includes a frame extending rearwards from the front portion of the EV towards a rear portion of the EV. A floorboard structure is disposed below the frame and is supported by the frame. A battery is disposed in a cavity defined between the floorboard structure and the frame. A first heat-generating component is disposed in the rear portion of the EV. The EV includes a duct extending from the front portion to the first heat-generating component to conduct air from the front portion to the first heat-generating component. A second heat-generating component is disposed in the cavity. The duct includes: an inlet facing the front portion to receive air from the front portion; a first outlet facing the first heat-generating component to supply air to the first heat-generating component; and a second outlet facing the second heat-generating component to supply air to the second heat-generating component.

The cowl includes a front cowl that covers an outer circumference of a headlamp and a front lateral cowl that covers an outer side in the vehicle width direction of the front cowl. The air guide member includes a support part held between front cowl and the front lateral cowl. The front cowl has an opening. The support part is inserted into the opening from the outer side in the vehicle width direction. The opening and the support part are covered with the front lateral cowl.

A saddled vehicle includes: a cowl that covers a front part of the saddled vehicle; a windshield screen disposed at an upper part of the cowl; and an air guide member separately from the windshield screen mounted on the cowl. The cowl includes a front cowl that covers an outer circumference of a headlamp and a front lateral cowl that covers an outer side in the vehicle width direction of the front cowl. The air guide member includes a support part held between front cowl and the front lateral cowl. The front cowl has an opening. The support part is inserted into the opening from the outer side in the vehicle width direction. The opening and the support part are covered with the front lateral cowl.

To provide a saddled vehicle with excellent maintainability despite auxiliary lamps being mounted on a guard member.

The saddled vehicle includes a front pipe which has its middle portion held on a vehicle body frame and has its both ends held on side pipes, and connection members connecting between the front pipe and the side pipes. The connection members are each provided across the front pipe and corresponding one of the side pipes and include a front pipe-side fixing part and aside pipe-side fixing part. An auxiliary lamp is held via a lamp stay which is held across the front pipe-side fixing part and the side pipe-side fixing part.

COVER FASTENING STRUCTURE FOR SADDLED VEHICLE

A cover fastening structure for a motorcycle, including a cover member around a headlight that can be made smaller in size and, at the same time, with highly accurate fastening. The cover fastening structure for the motorcycle includes: a headlight for lighting the front side of the motorcycle; middle cowls as exterior parts for covering lateral sides of the motorcycle; a headlight under cover disposed under the headlight such as to be continuous with the middle cowls; and a center upper cowl disposed rearwardly of the headlight under cover such as to cover the lower side of the headlight. The headlight under cover includes a rearward extending wall fitted to the center upper cowl, and the rearward extending wall is provided with a cutout. The center upper cowl is provided with a solid cylindrical fitting-receiving section. The cutout of the headlight under cover and the fitting-receiving section of the center upper cowl are fastened together by being fitted to each other.

Bicycle Fairing

A bicycle fairing for reducing drag created by a bicycle rider on a bicycle is provided. The bicycle has a bicycle frame mounted between a front wheel and a rear wheel and handlebars adjacent the front wheel. The bicycle fairing comprises a hollow cone-shaped windshield having an open base end and a pointed closed tip end. A mounting assembly mounts the windshield to the handlebars of the bicycle over at least a portion of the front wheel. The windshield extends substantially horizontally over at least a portion of the front wheel of the bicycle with the cone tip end of the windshield facing in a generally forward direction away from the bicycle rider. The windshield deflects air in an approximately three hundred sixty degree pattern creating a pocket of low air resistance around an upper portion of the bicycle rider thereby reducing drag.
