Front cowl for a saddle ride type vehicle
An air outlet is formed on each side surface of a front cowl covering a front portion of a vehicle body. The air outlet is located near and on the front side of a middle position defined by the half of the longitudinal length L of the front cowl. Left and right air inlets are formed near a headlight provided on the front surface of the front cowl. A running wind is introduced into the air inlets, passed through the inside of the front cowl, and discharged from the air outlets. The running wind flowing inside the front cowl is disturbed by the running wind discharged from the air outlets, thereby separating the running wind from each side surface of the front cowl.
Side cover structure of saddle-ride-type vehicle
A side cover structure for enhancing the external appearance and turning performance of a saddle-ride-type vehicle. A side cover structure of a saddle-ride-type vehicle includes a head pipe with a frame extending rearwardly from the head pipe. Side covers cover the frame from left and right sides. A bent portion is bent toward the outside in a vehicle width direction from a base portion and is formed on the side cover. An opening is formed in the base plate portion positioned in the vicinity of the bent portion.
STRADDLE-TYPE VEHICLE
A straddle-type vehicle includes a fuel pipe provided on a rear side of an engine, a generator provided on the rear side of the engine and adjacent to the fuel pipe, an outside air introduction duct configured to guide air outside the straddle-type vehicle to the rear side of the engine, and a partition wall provided between the fuel pipe and the generator. The partition wall partitions a region on the rear side of the engine into a generator arrangement region where the generator is provided and a fuel pipe arrangement region where the fuel pipe is provided. The outside air introduction duct includes a first outlet configured to allow the air to flow out to the generator arrangement region.
STRADDLED VEHICLE
A straddled vehicle including a body frame having a head pipe, a front cover in front of the head pipe, an exterior cover laterally covering the body frame, a fuel tank disposed behind the head pipe, an air cleaner disposed directly below the fuel tank, a duct disposed between the front cover and the head pipe and extending from an opening in the front cover, and a wind guide cover disposed between the head pipe and the fuel tank. The fuel tank and the exterior cover forms a wind guide pathway therebetween, the wind guide pathway being directly below the fuel tank, and being laterally covered with the exterior cover. The wind guide cover is configured to lead traveling wind passing through the duct from the opening to the wind guide pathway, so that the wind guide pathway leads the traveling wind to an air intake port of the air cleaner.
STRADDLED VEHICLE
A straddled vehicle having a body frame including a head pipe, a front cover disposed in front of the head pipe, a duct disposed in front of the head pipe and extending rearward from an opening in the front cover, to thereby form a traveling wind pathway for traveling wind taken in through the opening, and an aero-stabilizing member. The aero-stabilizing member includes a middle portion disposed below a lower distal end of the front cover, directly below the opening in a front view, a lateral portion extending from the middle portion to a more outer side than the opening in a width direction, apart from the front cover with a gap therebetween in an up-and-down direction, and a front edge slanted forward and downward from the middle portion and the lateral portion, the front edge being partially disposed further forward than a lower front end of the duct.
STRADDLED VEHICLE
A straddled vehicle including a body frame having a head pipe, a front cover disposed in front of the head pipe and having an opening at a middle of the straddled vehicle in a width direction, a duct disposed in front of the head pipe and extending rearward from the opening to form a traveling wind pathway for traveling wind flowing from ahead and taken in through the opening, a headlight of a single light configuration, which overlaps the head pipe in a front view of the straddled vehicle, and is disposed inside the duct at the middle of the straddled vehicle in the width direction and further rearward than the opening, and an aero-stabilizing member disposed inside the duct and laterally covering the headlight, the aero-stabilizing member being configured to direct the traveling wind flowing from ahead to flow away from the head pipe in the width direction.
