AUTOMATIC COMPRESSION CIRCULAR ANASTOMOSIS DEVICE AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
A control method of an automatic compression circular anastomosis device, includes: correcting a zero point when an operation switch provided in a handle unit is turned on, by a control unit; controlling a motor to compress a tissue in a direction reaching a minimum distance at which a distance between a top surface of an anastomosis unit and a bottom surface of an anvil is minimized, by the control unit; measuring a real-time pressure applied to the tissue and a real-time distance between the top surface of the anastomosis unit and the bottom surface of the anvil in real-time, by the control unit; and controlling, when the real-time pressure and the real-time distance reach a set pressure and a set distance D.sub.r stored in advance, the anastomosis unit to cut unnecessary parts of the tissue and anastomose the tissue with a plurality of staples, by the control unit.
METHOD FOR IMPROVING STORAGE STABILITY
A submucosal injection material whose quality deterioration during a storage period is prevented is provided. It is a submucosal injection material, which contains hyaluronic acid, and to which a dye is added.
SURGICAL INSTRUMENT AND LINEAR STAPLER
A surgical instrument and a linear surgical stapler are provided. The instrument includes: a suturing mechanism including an anvil assembly and a mounting part for mounting a staple cartridge assembly, in which the staple cartridge assembly includes a staple cartridge for accommodating staples, and the anvil assembly includes an anvil matched with the staple cartridge; a staple pushing assembly, configured to push the staples so that the staples are sequentially fired; a transmission assembly, configured for driving the staple cartridge assembly to move relative to the anvil assembly and driving the staple pushing assembly to move to push the staples; and a drive assembly, connected to the transmission assembly and configured for driving the transmission assembly to move.
Applicator and tissue interface module for dermatological device
A tissue interface module has an applicator chamber on a proximal side of the tissue interface module and a tissue acquisition chamber on a distal side of the tissue interface module. The applicator chamber may include: an opening adapted to receive the applicator; an attachment mechanism positioned in the applicator chamber and adapted to attach the tissue interface module to the applicator; a sealing member positioned at a proximal side of the applicator chamber; and a vacuum interface positioned at a proximal side of the applicator chamber and adapted to receive a vacuum inlet positioned on a distal end of the applicator. The invention also includes corresponding methods.
Devices and methods for suture placement
A suturing device include a handle, an elongate body, an actuator, and a needle holder. The elongate body connects with the handle. The actuator interacts with the elongate body and is operable between a first operating position and a second operating position. The actuator includes a manually operated member including an operator contact surface. The needle holder extends away from a distal end portion or is provided as part of the distal end portion of the elongate body. The needle holder includes a distal end section having a distal-most tip and defining a needle passage and a distal opening adjacent the distal-most tip. The needle passage is configured to receive at least a portion of an associated needle when the actuator is in the first operating position. The needle holder and the elongate body are rotatable with respect to the handle about a rotational axis.
Adjustable surgical guide
A surgical guide includes a base and a drill guide coupled to the base. The drill guide includes a drill guide body defining a drill bore for receiving a drill bit and extending through the drill guide, the drill guide being configured to translate relative the base to adjust a drill guide angle defined by the drill bore and the base, the drill guide further being configured to transition between a locked state and an unlocked state, wherein the drill guide angle is fixed in the locked state and the drill guide angle is adjustable in the unlocked state.
