A left end side and a right end side of the bracket are connected to the pair of seat frames respectively. The rear portion of the air cleaner is suspended by the bracket. The battery is installed on the bracket.
CONTROL UNIT ARRANGEMENT STRUCTURE FOR SADDLE RIDING-TYPE VEHICLE
A control unit arrangement structure for a saddle riding-type vehicle includes a control unit (30) mounted in a saddle riding-type vehicle (1), and a plurality of connectors (40) connected to the control unit (30), wherein the control unit (30) includes a plurality of joining parts (34) which transmit electric signals, the plurality of joining parts (34) are respectively connected to the plurality of connectors (40), an outer periphery of the control unit (30) is disposed inward from an outer peripheries of the connectors (40) when seen in a connection direction (Vc) between the joining parts (34) and the connectors (40), and a single support member (50) which supports the plurality of connectors (40) is provided.
SADDLE RIDING VEHICLE
A saddle riding vehicle includes a body frame, an exhaust pipe, a muffler, and a catalyst. The body frame includes a main frame, a seat frame that extends rearward from the main frame and supports a seat for occupant, and a rear frame that extends from the main frame upward to a rear and is connected to the seat frame. The exhaust pipe extends rearward of the vehicle from an exhaust port of an engine. The muffler is connected to a rear end portion of the exhaust pipe. The catalyst is disposed in the muffler. An air cleaner box is disposed rearward of the engine. The catalyst disposed in the muffler is disposed in a space surrounded by the main frame, the seat frame, and the rear frame and overlaps with the air cleaner box as viewed in a side view of the vehicle.
Intake passage structure
A plurality of parts that constitute an intake passage connected with an intake port of an engine include a constriction part that has a protrusion formed to protrude on an inner circumferential surface side of the intake passage. The constriction part includes cylindrical connections disposed on both sides of a constriction path in which the protrusion is formed. The constriction path has an outer circumferential surface recessed inwardly in a radial direction so as to follow a shape of the protrusion. A portion recessed most of the recessed outer circumferential surface is disposed inside inner circumferential surfaces of the connections in the radial direction. The constriction path has a uniform wall thickness. The constriction part is connected upstream of the throttle body.
Air cleaner
There is provided an air cleaner configured to be disposed inside a vehicle body frame, the air cleaner including: an air cleaner case in which an intake chamber is formed; an intake air temperature sensor configured to detect an intake air temperature in the intake chamber; an inlet tube configured to take in air to the intake chamber; and an outlet tube configured to send out air from the intake chamber. The outlet tube has an upstream portion protruding into the intake chamber, and the upstream portion of the outlet tube has a peripheral wall formed with a through hole.
Air intake structure for saddled vehicle
An air intake structure for a saddled vehicle including a downsized air cleaner box and a sufficient intake path is provided. An air intake structure for a saddled vehicle applied to a saddled vehicle including an engine suspended from a vehicle body frame and an air cleaner box disposed behind the engine includes: a side cover mounted on a sidewall on an outer side in the vehicle width direction of the air cleaner box; and a side cover opening formed at the side cover toward the vehicle rear side. Outside air to be taken into the air cleaner box is taken from the side cover opening. The sidewall is provided with an intake opening, and the intake opening is covered with the side cover. The side cover includes a body that covers the sidewall, and a canopy member provided at the surface of the body. The side cover opening is formed of the outer edge of the canopy member.
INTAKE DUCT STRUCTURE OF MOTORCYCLE
An intake duct structure of a motorcycle includes front forks disposed on both of right and left sides of a head pipe of a body frame and a main frame extending obliquely backward and downward from the head pipe, wherein the intake duct structure extends from a front end of the motorcycle toward the head pipe and is formed in such a manner that an interfered area where a rotational orbit of the front forks at a time of steering overlaps the intake duct structure is elastically deformable.
AIR INTAKE STRUCTURE OF SADDLE RIDING VEHICLE
An air intake structure of a saddle riding vehicle is disposed in the saddle riding vehicle in which a frame including a left and right pair of main frames and an air box are disposed, an intake passage is disposed between the main frames and an outer periphery of the head tube, and the intake passage includes: a front side intake duct that extends forward; and a rear side intake duct that couples the air box to the head tube.
