Foldable Bicycle and Method of Transporting a Foldable Bicycle
A foldable bicycle (100) having a riding configuration and a folded configuration includes a first wheel (102) and a second wheel (104) interconnected by a frame (106). At least the first wheel (102) has an open centre (108) and includes an annular rotor (110) engageable with the ground in the riding configuration of the bicycle (100) and an annular stator (114) carrying the annular rotor (110), and the frame (106) has a pivotal connection with the stator (114) of the first wheel (102) whereby the frame (106) is pivotable relative to the first wheel (102) for folding the bicycle (100). The frame (106) and the second wheel (104) connected thereto are together so dimensioned and arranged to fit within the open centre (108) of the first wheel (102) in the folded configuration of the bicycle (100).
TURNING MECHANISM AND HANDLE
A turning mechanism and a handle. The turning mechanism comprises: a first connecting rod (201) and a second connecting rod (202); the first connecting rod (201) is provided with a first bevel end, the second connecting rod (202) is provided with a second bevel end, and the second bevel end matches with the first bevel end, so that the second connecting rod (202) rotates along the end face of the first bevel end; in the rotating process, the first bevel can be attached to the second bevel, so that no gap exists between the first connecting rod (201) and the second connecting rod (202).
Child's Riding Bike that Converts Between a Balance Bike and a Pedal-Powered Bicycle
A child's riding vehicle can be quickly reconfigured between a balance bike configuration and a pedal-powered bicycle configuration, suitable for children of different ages, without removing any parts to be stored separately. The pedal crank arms can be repositioned on the crank and the pedal axles can be pivoted so that in the balance bike configuration: the pedal crank arms are positioned adjacent to one another and generally upward; the pedal axles are pointed mostly rearwardly but also slightly inwardly rather than extending transversely side-to-side; and the crank arms and pedal axles are telescoped in. The result is that in the balance bike configuration the pedals and crank arms are compacted and folded out of the way so as not to interfere with the child riding the vehicle.
BALANCING VEHICLE AND CONTROL METHOD THEREFOR
A balancing vehicle includes a wheel, a bracket, a frame, a shock absorbing member, pedals, a control rod, and a handle. The bracket is fixed to an axle of the wheel. The frame is slidably connected to the bracket through a slider fixedly connected to the bracket, so as to allow the frame to slide relative to the bracket. The shock absorbing member is disposed between the frame and the bracket, and is configured to cushion relative movement between the frame and the bracket. The pedals are fixed to the frame. The control rod is configured to move back and forth in a direction of travel. The balancing vehicle accelerates when the control rod is pushed forward in the traveling direction, and the balancing vehicle decelerates or retreats when the control rod is pulled backward in the traveling direction. The handle is coupled to a top of the control rod.
CRANK-PEDAL MECHANISM FOR BICYCLE
A quick-mount crank-pedal mechanism for a children bicycle is provided. The quick-mount crank-pedal mechanism is composed of a crank rod, a crank bearing and a pedal. The crank rod and the crank bearing are fitted with each other, and the pedal is coupled to the crank bearing. With the mechanism, the pedal is enabled to be in a usable state quickly without using any tools, and a tip of the crank is effectively protected from puncturing through a carton, thereby reducing potential safety hazards.
Bicycle and Crank Assembly Thereof
The present application relates to the field of bicycle manufacturing technology, and in particular to a bicycle and a crank assembly thereof, comprising a first handle and a second handle, wherein one of the handles is connected to a transmission shaft and the other of the handles is connected to a pedal, the first handle and the second handle are rotatably connected, and the axis of rotation coincides with the extending direction of the crank; and further comprising a locking mechanism, wherein the first handle is rotatable with respect to the second handle when the locking mechanism is in the first state, and the locking mechanism limits the relative rotation of the first handle and the second handle when the locking mechanism is in the second state.
Motorized collapsible scooter for use as an assistive mobility device
A motorized scooter is provided for use as an assistive mobility aid. The motorized scooter is easily folded for storage or transport. It comprises a front wheel in rotatably engagement with a steering tube, the front wheel including a hub and spokes extending therefrom, an electric motor housed in the hub and in mechanical communication with a cog, the cog engaging the spokes; a handle bar distally attached to the steering tube; a framework, the framework including a plurality of tubes that are in one or more of pivotal or slidable relation; a seat post slidably mounted on the framework; a seat attached to the seat post; and a pair of rear wheels in rotatable engagement with the framework.
FOLDABLE ELECTRIC VEHICLE
A foldable electric vehicle includes a handlebar assembly, a steering pole assembly, a pedal assembly, a driving device and a wheel assembly; the handlebar assembly includes a handlebar head component and a handle component, and a first folding component is provided between the handlebar head component and the handle component; the steering pole assembly includes a handlebar connecting part, a wheel connecting part and an intermediate connecting part, a second folding component is provided between the handlebar connecting part and the intermediate connecting part, and is also provided between the intermediate connecting part and the wheel connecting part; and the pedal assembly includes a front pedal frame and a rear pedal frame, and a third folding component is provided between the front pedal frame and the rear pedal frame.
Folding bicycle
An aspect of the invention provides a folding bicycle (10) comprising a first frame section (12a); a second frame section (12b) movably mounted to the first frame section so that the first and second frame sections may be moved relative to each other from an unfolded position to a folded position; a front wheel (40) mounted to the first frame section; a rear wheel (42) mounted to the second frame section; a chainset (48) mounted to the first frame section comprising a pair of crank arms (48a) fixed to a bottom bracket axle (74) and defining a crank shaft axis orthogonal to the first and second frame sections; wherein, the bottom bracket axle comprises first and second axle members (74a) extending orthogonally to the crank arm axis and a bridge portion (74b) connecting the first and second axle members, the bottom bracket axle defining a void between the first and second axle members, and wherein, when in a folded position the front and rear wheels are positioned at least partially within the void defined between the first and second axle members.
