A foldable top tube assembly for a bicycle is provided. The assembly includes a seat post attachment terminus coupled to a first telescoping tubular member, and a headset assembly attachment terminus coupled to a second telescoping tubular member. The overall length of the folded top tube assembly may be about ⅓ the overall length of the fully extended top tube assembly. The assembly further includes a central, hinged tubular member having a first end sized to receive the first telescoping tubular member, and a second end sized to receive the second telescoping tubular member. The assembly may also include a first spring tending to resist extension of the first telescoping tubular member from the first end of the central, hinged tubular member, and a second spring tending to resist extension of the second telescoping tubular member from the second end of the central, hinged tubular member.

The limiting mechanism includes unfolding and folding clamping slots arranged on the inclined rod, a limiting piece and a return spring arranged on the limiting plate and matched with the unfolding or folding clamping slots. The return spring is configured to drive the limiting piece to engage with the unfolding or folding clamping slots. The unfolding and folding clamping slots are distributed circumferentially around a first shaft rod. The double-lock catch includes a double-lock block rotatably arranged on the inclined rod and a double-clamping groove arranged on the pedal and matched with the double-lock block.

The vehicle includes a wheel assembly, a deck assembly, a seating assembly, a handle assembly, a deck support frame, and a brake assembly. The vehicle also includes a first and a second bicycle having a first handle disposed opposite a second handle. A first handle of the second bicycle is affixed to a second handle of a portion of the handle assembly to affix the second bicycle to the vehicle. A second handle of the first bicycle is affixed to a first handle of a portion of the handle assembly to affix the first bicycle to the vehicle. The vehicle also includes a rear component affixed to a portion of the deck assembly, where a head tube of a third bicycle is affixed to the rear component to affix the third bicycle to the vehicle.

The electric mobility vehicle includes a footrest provided in the front-wheel-side body, a front-end roller or a front-end caster provided in the front-wheel-side body and disposed at a vehicle front side relative to a front end of the front wheel in the in-use state, and comes into contact with the floor surface in the folded state to make the electric mobility vehicle stand alone.

When the first joint and the second joint are in a separated position, the hand lever is rotated to a second position. The hand lever is provided with a first engaging portion. When the hand lever is in the first position, the first engaging portion is configured to engage with a second engaging portion to restrict the first joint and the second joint to be in the closed position.
