A motor mounting assembly of an electric bicycle has a motor-installation mount, a motor unit, and at least one adapting piece. The motor-installation mount has a mounting frame and a lateral cover. The mounting frame is annular and has a first lateral side, a second lateral side, and a lateral opening disposed on the first lateral side. The lateral cover is assembled to the first lateral side and covers the lateral opening. The motor unit is received within the motor-installation mount. Each one of the at least one adapting piece has two fastening portions. One of the fastening portions of each adapting piece is connected to the motor unit. The other fastening portion is clamped between and is connected to the lateral cover and the mounting frame.

SADDLED VEHICLE

To provide a saddled vehicle with excellent maintainability despite auxiliary lamps being mounted on a guard member.

The saddled vehicle includes a front pipe which has its middle portion held on a vehicle body frame and has its both ends held on side pipes, and connection members connecting between the front pipe and the side pipes. The connection members are each provided across the front pipe and corresponding one of the side pipes and include a front pipe-side fixing part and aside pipe-side fixing part. An auxiliary lamp is held via a lamp stay which is held across the front pipe-side fixing part and the side pipe-side fixing part.

A method for forming a bicycle frame assembly having a number of elongate tubes is disclosed. A two part mold can be used to form a hollow finish part as part of the assembly. The assembly includes a passage that is defined by the elongate member, a partition, and a bridge. The partition isolates the passage from an interior volume of the elongate tube. The bridge extends in a direction normal to an elongate direction of the passage and defines an inlet and an outlet of the passage. The inlet, outlet, and bridge are generally flush with an exterior surface of the elongate tube and provide a passage that cooperates with a flexible connector, such as a cable tie, for securing supplemental structures, such as brake and shift control cables, to the elongate tube of the bicycle frame assembly.
