ADJUSTABLE COMPLIANCE BICYCLE
A bicycle including a forward frame triangle. The forward frame triangle can a top tube, a down tube, a bottom bracket, a lower seat mast, and an upper seat mast. The top tube can have a first end connected to a head tube and a second end. The down tube can have a first end connected to the head tube and a second end. The bottom bracket can be connected to the second end of the down tube. The lower seat mast can extend in an upward direction from the bottom bracket to the top tube. The upper seat mast can at least partially overlap the lower seat mast. The upper seat mast can be adjustably and fixedly coupled to the lower seat mast. The upper seat mast can be rotably coupled to the forward frame triangle proximate the second end of the top tube.

HEAD TUBE ASSEMBLY
A head tube assembly mounted between a head tube and a front fork of a vehicle includes a cup member, an abutment member, and a damping unit. The cup member is mounted fixedly to the head tube. The abutment member is connected co-rotatably to the front fork extending through and rotatable relative to the head tube about an axis. The damping unit is disposed between the cup member and the abutment member, is connected to the abutment member, and includes an outer seat, an inner seat, and a bushing. The outer seat is fixedly connected to the cup member. The inner seat is connected co-rotatably to the abutment member. The bushing is mounted on the axis between the outer seat and the inner seat. The outer seat and the inner seat are in contact with the bushing and rotatable relative to the bushing about the axis.

Bicycle bearing system
A bicycle bearing system comprising: an integrated cup, the integrated cup having an outer diameter; a plurality of rolling elements configured to abut and rotate against a first race groove located on an inner surface of the integrated cup; a second race groove configured to abut and rotate about the plurality of rolling elements, the second race groove located on an inner surface of the inner race, the inner race having an inner diameter; where the rolling elements do not have a separate outer race, but rather the inner surface of the integrated cup acts as the outer race to the rolling elements; and where the rolling elements, integrated cup and inner race are axially locked when assembled as a single cartridge unit due to the geometry of the rolling elements, first race groove and second race groove.

HEADSET OF BICYCLE
A headset of a bicycle includes a bearing base, a bearing cup, at least two sealing elements, damping fluid, and a bearing. The bearing base is adapted to be sleeved on a fork tube. The bearing cup is adapted to be abutted against an end, close to the fork tube, of a head tube, and a gap is formed between the bearing cup and the bearing base. The at least two sealing elements are disposed between the bearing cup and the bearing base, and the at least two sealing elements, the bearing cup and the bearing base seal the gap to form a damping section. The damping fluid is disposed in the damping section to provide damping force. The bearing is disposed between the bearing base and the bearing cup and is abutted against the bearing base and the bearing cup.
