Sensor support structure and motorcycle
There is provided a sensor support structure. A bracket is fixed to a vehicle body frame comprised of a plurality of frame members. A sensor is attached to a first attachment surface of the bracket. A component is attached to a second attachment surface of the bracket. The sensor is disposed in a space surrounded by the plurality of frame members of the vehicle body frame.
FRONT FORK FOR SADDLED VEHICLE
A front fork capable of reducing an unsprung weight of the arm-shaped front fork, optimizing rigidity, and improving appearance is provided. A front swing arm includes a left and right arm portions, and a bridge portion integrally connecting the left and right arm portions, a first lightening hole, a second lightening hole and a third lightening hole are provided in the arm portion, the first lightening hole, the second lightening hole and the third lightening hole are covered with a reflector provided to be exposed to an outer side surface of the arm portion from outside.
Engine mount structure
A main frame includes a pair of left and right first frame pieces which extends rearwardly from above an engine, a pair of left and right second frame pieces each extending from a front portion in a direction slantwise downwardly and rearwardly of the associated first frame piece, and a pair of left and right third frame pieces each extending rearwardly from a lower end of the associated second frame piece through laterally of a cylinder block. The first mount section for supporting the front portion of the engine is constituted by a rubber mount in which a pair of left and right support portions, provided at respective joints between the second frame pieces and the third frame pieces, and a pair of first to-be-supported portions are connected together. The support portions are connected together through a connecting member that extends in a leftward and rightward direction.
Bicycle seatpost structure
A bicycle seatpost structure mainly provided with a shock absorber includes a sealed chamber, a buffer element and a gas. The gas is filled in the sealed chamber to change a gas pressure in the sealed chamber. The buffer element is elastic and installed in the sealed chamber for providing an upward elastic support force to an up tube of the seatpost. When a rider sitting on the saddle presses at the saddle, a shock damping force is produced, and the shock damping force and flexibility may be adjusted by the gas pressure and changed anytime according to the rider's body weight or preference.
Bicycle Frame
A bicycle frame includes a frame body including a top tube, a seat tube, a seat stay, and a mounting unit that is disposed at a junction among the top tube, the seat tube and the seat stay, and that has a base portion, and a position-limiting portion extending from the base portion, a seat post unit including a seat post that extends through the base portion, and a post clamp that is fixedly sleeved onto the seat post, and that is retained in the frame body by the position-limiting portion, a cushion sleeved onto the seat post, and having a tube body that is fittingly disposed between the seat post and the base portion, and a sleeve portion that extends from the tube body, and that is disposed between the post clamp and the base portion.
INERTIAL SENSOR ATTACHMENT STRUCTURE AND MOTORCYCLE
The invention is directed to an inertial sensor attachment structure including: a floating bracket which is fixed to a vehicle body frame via a vibration absorbing member; an inertial sensor attached to a first attachment surface of the floating bracket; and an ABS unit attached to a second attachment surface of the floating bracket.
Motorcycle Engine Mount having Improved Stiffness and Exchangeability
A Motorcycle Engine Mount having Improved Stiffness. The device is a bolt-in replacement for the Original Equipment Manufacturer engine mounts for FXD_ series Harley Davidson motorcycles. The device has a single-piece, hardened steel outer frame, and a interstitial formed from urethane (rather than rubber) having a durometer reading of approximately 80. Unlike the device of the Parent Application, the urethane interstitial element is not bonded to the outer frame element so that the urethane interstitial element can be slid out of the outer frame and replaced, if desired. The interstitial element protrudes from the outer frame, and does not reach the full depth of the outer frame depth.
Conveyance seat device
A conveyance seat includes a saddle-type seat on which an occupant sits to straddle and a seat height adjustment unit which is attached below the seat and is able to adjust a height position of the seat. The seat height adjustment unit includes a rotation link which rotates together with the seat with respect to a chassis to adjust a height position of the seat, an upper link support member that is provided between the seat and the rotation link and is used so that an upper end portion of the rotation link is attached thereto, a lower link support member that is provided between the rotation link and the chassis and is used so that a lower end portion of the rotation link is attached thereto, and a flexible cover member that covers the rotation link from the outside in a front to back direction of the seat and a width direction of the seat.
