DOUBLE LINKAGE SAFETY BRAKE SYSTEM
20190232929 · 2019-08-01 ·

This invention relates to a double linkage safety brake system, which includes at least a brake handle, a base, a rear wheel brake wire, a front wheel brake line, a rear wheel brake and a front wheel brake. Said brake handle is provided with a first connecting rod and a second connection rod, the driving arm of brake handle is provided with a first shaft hole and a second shaft hole, the second shaft hole is an arc-shaped elongated hole, the distance between the first shaft hole and the shaft 200 is smaller than the distance between the second shaft hole and the shaft. A first support shaft is pivoted between the first shaft hole and the first connecting rod, and the outer side of the first connecting rod is connected to said rear wheel brake wire. A second support shaft is pivoted between the second shaft slot and the second connecting rod, and the outer side of the second connecting rod is connected to the front wheel brake wire. In this way, the driver only needs to press the brake once to output a time difference braking force by the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod, and the rear wheel brake and the front wheel brake can generate a time difference braking action; furthermore, the moving arc length of the second connecting rod is greater than the moving arc length of the first connecting rod when the driving arm rotates, so the braking force generated by the second connecting rod is greater than the braking force of the first connecting rod, and the braking force of the front wheel brake is greater than the braking force of the rear wheel brake, to achieve the purpose of safe braking, and can prevent accidents caused by the driver start the front wheel brake first.

Wheel speed detecting device, and ring to be detected

A pulsar ring which is a detection target ring includes an annular base wall having pickup holes and a plurality of ring attachment portions protruding from an outer peripheral edge portion of the base wall and being fixed, together with a disc attachment portion of a brake disc, to a wheel of a vehicle wheel assembly. Regions corresponding to positions between adjacent ring attachment portions in an inner peripheral edge portion of the base wall are bent to form reinforcing ribs.

Three-wheeled tilting vehicle

A tiltable vehicle is configured to transform between an autonomous mode and a rideable mode by pivoting the handlebars and steering column of the vehicle about a pitch axis. In the autonomous mode, the steering column is folded back toward the chassis and a tiltable chassis of the vehicle is prevented from tilting. In the rideable mode, the steering column is unfolded and the chassis is free to tilt. In some examples, a tiltable vehicle includes features beneficial for vehicle-sharing, such as parking devices or a basket. These features may be included on any suitable vehicle and are not limited to use on transforming vehicles.

Hub and disk brake system and apparatus

A braking system includes a moveable structure connected to a rear brake. The rear brake may be a hub brake or a disc brake. A cable to the front brake is connected to the moveable structure. When the rear brake is actuated, the moveable structure moves. The movement of the structure pulls the cable to actuate the front brake. The movement may include a translation, rotation, or both.

BRAKE-BY-WIRE TYPE BRAKING SYSTEM FOR MOTORCYCLES

A braking system for a motorcycle has a first braking device operatively connected to a first wheel of the motorcycle and having a first hydraulic supply circuit, a first electric actuator operatively connected to a first electrically or electro-mechanically actuated piston, and a first interface port operatively connected to a first hydraulic device provided with a first manually actuated piston subdivided into a first direct piston and a first indirect piston hydraulically connected to the first hydraulic supply circuit through a first by-pass duct. A hydraulic fluid reservoir is connected to the first hydraulic device by an upstream connection duct of the first indirect piston and a downstream connection duct of the first indirect piston. A processing and control unit is programmed so that, upon actuation of the first interface port, the first electrically or electro-mechanically actuated piston translates so as to occlude the first by-pass duct, fluidically disconnect the first manually actuated piston from the first hydraulic supply circuit, and simultaneously actuate the first braking device.
