Floating Beverage Holding Apparatus
A floating beverage holding apparatus includes a c-shaped body, a webbing, and a collapsible fastener. The c-shaped body is an inflatable apparatus and includes a top surface, an outer lateral surface, an inner lateral surface, a bottom surface, a lateral opening, and a central opening. The top surface and the bottom surface are perimetrically connected to each other by the outer lateral surface and the inner lateral surface. The central opening is delineated by a curved section of the inner lateral surface and the webbing is terminally connected onto the curved section of the inner lateral surface to receive a beverage container. The lateral opening is delineated in between a first section and a second section of the inner lateral surface. The collapsible fastener is connected onto the outer lateral surface and extended across the lateral opening to secure a beverage container to the c-shaped body.
MOORING APPARATUS
A mooring apparatus may allow for watercraft to be secured to a mooring structure. An example of a mooring apparatus includes a frame secured to a shell cover at a plurality of points, a plurality of rollers disposed within the frame, and a tension bar disposed within the frame and parallel to the plurality or rollers.

Connector
The invention relates to a connector, such as a subsea connector (100), for connecting a line or lines such as mooring lines (140), to a subsea structure (145), such as a submerged turret loading or a submerged turret production buoy. The invention also relates to associated apparatus, structures and methods. The subsea connector (100) comprises a first portion (105) and a second portion (110) and means (115) for connecting the first (105) and second portions (110). The means (115) for connecting comprise at least part of a through-passage (120) in the second portion (110). The first portion may comprise means (125) for connection to one or more lines (140), such as mooring lines, allowing rotational movement around or about a transverse axis of the first portion (105) with respect to the line (140). The second portion (110) may comprise means (130) for connection to a subsea structure (145) allowing rotational movement around or about a transverse axis of the second portion (110) with respect to the subsea structure (145). In some examples, the transverse axis of the first portion (105) may be substantially perpendicular to the transverse axis of the second portion (110).

CLEAT FOR MOORING A WATERCRAFT, AND MOORING ASSEMBLY HAVING A CLEAT AND A LINE HAVING A STOPPER
A cleat for mooring a watercraft at a thrown end of a line has a base surmounted by a body, the base being fastenable to a watercraft deck, the line having a rope and stopper formed by a transverse protuberance, the cleat having an engagement part adjoining the base and a funnel-shaped through-opening to an elongate slot in the body, the slot having a height allowing the longitudinal progression and transverse passage of the rope from the opening towards the interior of the body, the slot leading into a chamber having a minimum dimension greater than the minimum slot height, the maximum dimension of the chamber being less than the dimension of the protuberance forming the stopper so the stopper of a line passing transversely through the body can be blocked against a the body side face both with the rope in the slot and in the chamber.
