Removal/installation apparatus for boat capture system
An apparatus for removing and/or installing a side guide of a trailer-mounted boat capture system for guiding a boat onto the trailer, the apparatus comprising: an outboard post pivotally attached to an upper support rail of the side guide; two inboard posts, each pivotally attached to the side guide proximal to where the side guide is attached to the trailer via first pins, wherein each inboard post includes a manual leveling jack; an attachment point on the side guide suitable for attaching a winch cable from a boat held in the boat capture system; and second pins attaching the side guide to the trailer such that when the first pins are removed the side guide is free to pivot around the second pins from an upright position towards a support surface.

Clasping, Adjustable Length Boathook
An adjustable length boathook includes a user-actuable hook at its distal end for securely grasping lines and the like. By enabling firm control of the line, the claimed embodiments facilitate specific maneuvers such as hooking a line around a cleat. The boathook uses first and second tubes telescopingly engaged for slidable movement along a common central axis, with third and fourth tubes disposed coaxially and internally thereto, the telescoping engagement providing length adjustability. Cam-lock devices are disposed between the first and second tubes, and between the third and fourth tubes, and lock their respective tubes to one another at a desired length. A handle is slidably disposed at a proximal end of the first tube to actuate the third tube in the axial direction relative to the first tube. A user-actuatable hook at the distal end of the second tube is actuated by the fourth tube.

Cross tie tube assembly
A tube guide assembly for mounting in a rod holder of a vessel. The rod holder has a depth from a cross member to a top surface. The assembly secures a mooring line to the vessel. The assembly includes a tube having a longitudinal axis and a base end dimensioned to be disposed in the rod holder to engage the cross member. The tube has a second end opposite the base end. The second end has a cleat to secure the mooring line. The tube has inverted J-shaped slots opposite one another to receive the cross member therein. A spring-loaded lock assembly is disposed in the tube. The lock assembly has a plunger to press against the cross member and lock the cross member in the J-shaped slots.

Boat Tie Down Apparatus
A boat tie down apparatus including a tubular member, the tubular member has a length that provides for the displacement of a boat from the dock during mooring, the tubular member has a rope extending therethrough, the front end of the rope extends out the front of the tubular member, and locates approximate the front end of the tubular member, to form a variable sized loop, for securement over a cleat or other structure at the dock. The back end of the rope, that extends through the tubular member, can be pulled for tightening the apparatus to the dock, and then the back end of the rope can be tied to a structure on the boat, such as a cleat, to provide for securement of the boat to the dock, displaced from the dock, during its mooring.
Mooring unit for mooring a ship
Mooring unit for mooring a ship comprising a base, an arm mounted on the base, and a hook supported by the arm for connecting a mooring line of the ship, wherein the arm is movable between a retracted position and an extended position, and wherein the unit comprises an actuating device for moving the arm from the extended position to the retracted position, wherein the arm is mounted on a first part of the base and wherein the first part of the base is rotatably mounted on a second part of the base that is rotationally fixed, to enable rotation of the first part of the base around a vertical axis perpendicular to the horizon.

Retractable pole with curved magnetic grip for boat trailer hook to attach to boat U-bolt
A device for pulling a boat onto a trailer from the water includes a curved magnet with rubber side grips attached to a proximal end of an elongated, retractable, rigid pole. The magnet grabs a metal hook on the end of a boat trailer. The pole allows attachment of the trailer hook to the boat U-bolt without the need for an individual to get into the water to attach the boat. The pole can be stored when not in use, using straps.
