A swivel bracket is connected to the water sports rack mounting bracket. A water sports equipment rack mount is connected to the swivel bracket. The water sports equipment rack mount supports a water sports equipment rack adapted for holding various types of water sporting equipment. A sealed actuator housing is connected to the swivel bracket and houses an actuator, such as an electric, pneumatic or hydraulic actuator. The actuator is configured to drive the swivel bracket to rotate the water sports equipment rack.

An internally located power supply provides the necessary electrical power.

The present disclosure provides a load-securement apparatus and a method of installing the load-securement apparatus to secure a load in a shipping container. In one embodiment, the load-securement apparatus includes a first non-rigid anchor member, a second non-rigid anchor member, a first non-rigid load restrainer, and a second non-rigid load restrainer. In one embodiment, the method of installing the load-securement apparatus comprises attaching the first load restrainer to the first anchor member, attaching the first anchor member to the shipping container adjacent a side wall, attaching the second load restrainer to the second anchor member, attaching the second anchor member to the shipping container adjacent another side wall, attaching the first load restrainer to the second load restrainer such that part of the first load restrainer and part of the second load restrainer both contact the load, and tensioning the attached first and second load restrainers to a designated tension.

CONTAINER LASHING PROCESS AND SYSTEM

A process for lashing containers with a power tool, a lashing rod (2) connectable to a container and a turnbuckle (1) connectable to a container transport vehicle. The turnbuckle comprises a first connection part (14) connectable to the lashing rod and second connection part (15) connectable to the container transport vehicle, the turnbuckle being rotatable around it's longitudinal axis (L). At least one of the connection parts comprises a tensioning part (144) for tensioning the lashing rod by adapting the overall length of the turnbuckle and lashing rod. The tensioning part is driven by a drive part (145) which is operated by a power tool. For lashing a container the turnbuckle is connected to the container transport vehicle and the lashing rod, which is connected to the container. The turnbuckle is rotated until the drive part is accessible by the power tool. Then, the drive part is driven by the power tool.

The top of the outrigger has three doors allowing for storage and access within the form that holds many supplies, such as camping and fishing gear, food, water and other items. The outrigger is connected to a canoe, or other small boat, by a pair of telescoping arms. Each arm has clamps that secure the arms the gunwales of the vessel. The other end of each arm is bolted into position on the outrigger. In this way, the outrigger is securely attached for use.
