Monopile fastening device
A monopile fastening system (1, 9, 17) for retaining one or more elongated monopile during sea transport and/or quay transport, the system comprising: —at least two supporting devices (3, 11, 18); —a supporting frame (2, 10, 23) for securing the at least two supporting devices to a surface of a vessel, barge or a sea transport unit, the at least two supporting devices having each at least one surface (6, 32) in contact with a surface (7, 33) of the supporting frame; wherein each of the at least two supporting devices comprises, at least two supporting elements (4, 5, 12, 13, 20, 24, 27), the supporting elements having each at least one surface (14, 15, 25, 26, 28, 29) in contact with each other; wherein the at least two supporting elements are connected with each other through one or more displacing means (16, 22, 30); and wherein the one or more displacing means are means for displacing the at least two supporting elements along the at least one surface in contact with each other.
Inflator with automatic shut-off functionality
Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide an electronic inflator configured to direct pressurized air into an inflatable object, to monitor the air pressure inside the inflatable object, and to automatically stop directing pressurized air into the inflatable object after determining that the air pressure inside the inflatable object has reached a preset pressure.
Lashing system and method for use in cargo ships
A lashing system is usable on cargo ships that are transporting shipping containers, optionally as a supplement to standard lashing bridges provided on cargo ships. The lashing system includes a support that can interface with the pre-existing interlocking system provided on the shipping containers. The support can be lifted and placed on a stack of shipping containers using the same cranes used for loading and unloading shipping containers. The lashing system includes lashings that are attached to the support and are releasably connectable to another shipping container or to a structure of the cargo ship. The tension in the lashings is preferably monitored during the trips of the cargo ships.

Surface-mountable locking device
A surface-mountable locking system is designed to secure an item to a surface via one or more mechanical engagements that are protected from tampering by encompassing the engagements point(s) within cavity-defining surfaces. In one example the mechanical engagement is effected by placing a pin in a box and securing the pin in the box using a bolt and the tampering protection is effected by the surfaces that define the box. In another example, the mechanical engagement is effected by placing a surface-attached anchor within a cavity and securing the anchor relative to the cavity using a bolt and the tampering protection is effected by the surfaces that define the cavity. The securing bolt may be, for example, the bolt of locking mechanism, a threaded bolt to engage a receptacle having complementary threads, or a smooth bolt to engage a receptacle having a shape complementary to that of the bolt.
CABLE CAROUSEL FOR HEAVY-DUTY ELECTRIC CABLE OR UMBILICAL
A cable carousel including a support grid and upstanding supports on the support grid that confine a region in which a heavy-duty electric cable or umbilical can be received and supported by the support grid. The upstanding supports are placeable on the support grid at preselected positions defining both an inner barrier and an outer barrier so as to tailor the cable carousel to a dimension between the inner and outer barriers to store a predetermined length of the electric cable or umbilical. The cable carousel may also include shores connecting the inner barrier to the support grid.
