Drive Arrangement for Propelling a Boat
The present disclosure relates to a drive arrangement for propelling a boat, for example a kayak, having an electric drive motor with a shaft, a receiving device for receiving the shaft and a holder for holding the receiving device on the boat. In some embodiments, the receiving device is pivotable for pivoting the electric drive motor between an operating position and a tilt position relative to the holder. A switchable fixing device is provided for fixing the receiving device in the operating position. The fixing device has an overload protection for disconnecting the fixing in the operating position when a predetermined pivot force in the direction of the tilt position is exceeded.

TAIL RUDDER CONTROL SYSTEM AND KAYAK
The present invention provides a tail rudder control system for a kayak which includes a tail rudder assembly, having a tail rudder, a swing mechanism for driving the tail rudder to rotate in the horizontal direction, a traction mechanism for driving the tail rudder to flip longitudinally for storage, and a guide wheel box for driving the swing mechanism and reset the tail rudder. Two pedal assemblies are in transmission connection with the swing mechanism through a steering traction line for driving the swing mechanism to act. A transmission assembly includes a first transmission wheel wound with a transmission traction line, a second transmission wheel wound with a reverse traction line. The second transmission wheel is driven by the first transmission wheel, and the reverse traction line is in transmission connection with the traction mechanism for driving the traction mechanism to act.
Device for attaching a seat to a stand-up paddleboard and related systems
Disclosed are devices for attaching a seat to a stand-up paddleboard. The devices generally have an open “C”-shape that is designed and configured to accommodate the side rail of a stand-up paddleboard while maintaining flush contact with at least a portion of the bottom of the stand-up paddleboard. The present disclosure also relates to a system for attaching a seat to a stand-up paddleboard. The system includes the above-described device and a mechanism for connecting the device to a seat disposed on the stand-up paddleboard. The mechanism for connecting the device to a seat can be, for example, a strap or a hook. The connecting device can be varied to accommodate the location on the seat to which the connecting device is attached.

DUAL COLOR BLOW MOLDING PROCESS
An example extrusion blow molding (EBM) method includes extruding first and second colors of plastic to form a parison that includes an inner layer of the first color of plastic, and an outer layer of the second color of plastic. The parison is placed in a mold, the mold is closed, and the parison is inflated to create a blow molded structure. A portion of an interior of the blow molded structure is formed of the first color of plastic, and a portion of an exterior of the blow molded structure is formed of a blend of the first color of plastic and the second color of plastic.
BLOW MOLDED PART INCLUDING COMPRESSION MOLDED ELEMENT
In one example, a structure is provided that includes a plastic body having a unitary, single-piece construction. The plastic body further includes a substantially hollow interior, and a parting line that extends around a portion of the perimeter of the structure. The structure also includes a solid compression molded element that is integral with the plastic body. The solid compression molded element is configured and arranged such that the parting line is not connected to the solid compression molded element.
SECTIONAL WATERCRAFT
A watercraft includes a plurality of separable body sections (2101, 2102, 2103, 2104, 2105, 2106) configured for assembly into a single assembled structure (2100) having a first length, and for packing into a packed structure (3000) having a second length smaller than the first length. The single assembled structure may be held together using latching devices, one or more of the latching devices including a latch unit comprising a latch support, a spring mount and a band spring, the band spring having a first spring end and a second spring end, wherein the latch support includes a latch and a first shaft positioned in relationship to the latch, the first shaft configured for rotatably mounting the first spring end of the band spring, and the spring mount includes a second shaft configured for rotatably mounting the second spring end of the band spring.
