Devices and methods for ablation of the skin
Disclosed herein are apparatuses, systems, kits, and methods for treating skin, such as skin tightening or for treating diseases, disorders, and conditions that would benefit from tissue area or volume reduction, skin restoration, skin tightening, skin lifting, and/or skin repositioning and/or for generally improving skin function or appearance (e.g., the removal of unwanted skin features or irregularities such as sebaceous glands, sweat glands, hair follicles, necrosis, and fibrosis). Such apparatuses, systems, kits, and methods comprise an apparatus having a handheld main body and a detachably attachable tip comprising one or more needles.
Devices, systems and methods for treating the skin
According to some embodiments, a method of treating a skin surface of a subject comprises heating a skin surface, abrading native skin tissue of a subject using a microdermabrasion device, wherein using the microdermabrasion device comprises moving the microdermabrasion device relative to the skin surface while simultaneously delivering at least one treatment fluid to the skin surface being treated and cooling the abraded skin surface.
Microstructured Textile with Microencapsulated Compounds
A microstructured textile with microencapsulated compounds is used to enable a three part therapeutic delivery system. The microstructured textile can be turned into garments that passively deliver treatments to a user's skin. The microstructured textile has an a textile substrate, an abrasive material, and a microencapsulated compound. The textile substrate is an elastic material onto which the abrasive material is superimposed. The abrasive material removes dead skin when the microstructured textile is worn by the user. The microencapsulated compound is integrated into the textile substrate so that a therapeutic compound stored therein can be gradually released into the user's skin. Far infrared (FIR) emitting particles are integrated into the textile substrate. So, FIR radiation is applied to the user's skin to facilitate circulation.

MULTIFUNCTION MICRODERMABRASION WAND
A multifunctional microdermabrasion wand provides to the wand operator the capability to perform microdermabrasion of a skin surface while simultaneously delivering one or more skin treatment serums. The operator can also simultaneously deliver ultrasonic energy through the wand to the skin surface. The operational controls for the multifunctional wand provide for operator control of the quantity delivered of one or more serums. The system also provides operator control of the ultrasonic energy delivered by the wand and a feed back control system to maintain a preset energy delivery level. The wand allows for conducting microdermabrasion, serum infusion and ultrasonic energy delivery to the skin surface in any combination simultaneously as well as serially.

Apparatus for callus removal
The invention relates to a skin treatment device for removing callus from the skin by an abrasive treatment, comprising a housing with a handle section (110), a skin treatment element (120) rotatable around a rotational axis (101) and a protective rim (130). Said protective rim circumferentially encases said skin treatment element partially over an angular range of more than 120° and less than 330° about said rotational axis such that a circumferential abrasive treatment surface protrudes from the protective rim in an area extending over an angular range of 30° to 240°.
